袋本体フィルムがナイロンとかポリエステル或いはアル
ミ箔等の場合には、この内面にジッパーテープ側と相溶

融着用フィルム、5、5aはセパレーター、6、6aはシー
ラーにして、セパレーター5、5aにてジッパーテープ
1、1aのテープ部分A・Bが相互に融着しないようにし
ながらシーラー6、6aで挟圧することによりジッパーテ
ープ1、1aのテープ部分A・Bを袋本体フィルム3、3a
側にヒートシールしており、このヒートシールしている

このジッパーテープ部分A・Bの厚み分サイドシール用
のシーラーの温度を上げなければジッパーテープ部分A
・Bにおいてシールが不完全となり、ピンホールが発生
したりするという問題がある。一方、このようにジッパ
ーテープ部分A・Bのためにシーラーの温度を上げる
と、他の部分においては過剰熱となり、溶融過多の問題

ジッパーテープの外側に直接融着用のフィルムを貼り合
わせた場合、ジッパーテープ部分A・B側の厚さをあま
り薄く形成すると、ヒートシール時の熱の影響を無視で
きなくなり、ジッパー性能が低下することから、薄さに
は限界がある。しかし、強度的には薄くてもよいものも
多い。d.
