BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in a light control device of this type in which a lighting device such as a window is controlled in accordance with the level of external light, FIG.
When the external light level changes as shown in FIG. 5, the dimming level is changed so as to be substantially inversely proportional to the external light level as shown in FIG. However, the outside light level is 0
The lighting fixture is fully turned on (100% lighting) when it becomes, and the lighting fixture is turned off (0% lighting) when the external light level is equal to or higher than the reference value L 0 . However, in such a conventional example, irrespective of the situation of the place where the lighting equipment is arranged (for example, the crowdedness of customers) from the sunset time t 2 to the sunrise time t 1 of the next morning. There was a problem that the lighting equipment was fully turned on and wasted electric power was consumed.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION (Embodiment 1) FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which an external light detecting means 1 including a photoelectric conversion element for detecting an external light level and an external light detected. Based on a first dimming control means 4 for calculating and outputting a first dimming control signal V 4 for controlling the dimming circuit 3 of the luminaire 2 according to the light level, and a preset dimming program. The second dimming control means 5 for calculating and outputting the second dimming control signal V 5 for controlling the dimming circuit 3 of the lighting fixture 2 and the detected outside light level are equal to or more than the predetermined value L 1 . Sometimes, the lighting fixture 2 is dimming-controlled by the first dimming control signal V 4, and when the outside light level is less than the predetermined value L 1 , the lighting fixture 2 is dimmed by the second dimming control signal V 5 . The dimming mode switching means 6 that switches the dimming mode so that the light is controlled is provided. In the embodiment, this dimming mode is used. Switching means 6 is a switching control circuit CO for controlling the relay contact R based on a result of comparison between the detected ambient light level at an external light detecting unit 1 and the predetermined value L 1, reverse-blocking diode D
1 and D 2 . In addition, the second dimming control means 5 calculates and outputs a dimming control signal for dimming the lighting fixture 2 according to a preset time schedule (for example, a time schedule of the crowdedness of customers). Has become.

The operation of the embodiment will be specifically described below. Now
The outside light detecting means 1 photoelectrically converts incident outside light and outputs an outside light level detection signal V 1 as shown in FIG. 2 (a) according to the change in the outside light level. In the first dimming control means 4, the dimming control signal V 4 of the luminaire 2 is calculated based on the outside light level detection signal V 1 as in the conventional example, and is output as the output of the first dimming control means 4. A dimming control signal V 4 for changing the dimming level substantially inversely proportional to the external light level is output as shown in FIG. 2 (b). On the other hand, in the second dimming control means 5, dimming is performed based on a dimming program preset according to the situation of the place where the lighting fixture 2 is arranged (for example, the crowdedness of customers in the store). The control signal V 5 is calculated, and the second dimming control means 5 outputs the second signal.
A dimming control signal V 5 for changing the dimming level is output according to a predetermined time schedule as shown in FIG.

Next, in the dimming mode switching means 6, the switching control circuit C
At O, the outside light level detection signal V 1 is compared with the predetermined value L 1, and while the outside light level detection signal V 1 is above the predetermined value L 1 as shown in FIG. 2 (d) (t 1 ′ to t 2 ′) switches the relay contact R of the switching relay to the normally open side (NO), and when the external light level detection signal V 1 is less than the predetermined value L 1 , the relay contact R is normally closed (NC). It is designed to switch to. Therefore, the dimming control signal V 6 input to the dimming circuit 3 through the dimming mode switching means 6 is a composite waveform of both dimming control signals V 4 and V 5 as shown in FIG. 2 (e). Therefore, during the daytime (t 1 to t 2 ) when the predetermined outside light level is obtained, the dimming control signal V 4 output from the first dimming control unit 4 controls the dimming according to the outside light level. Control takes place,
When the predetermined outside light level cannot be obtained, the second dimming control signal V 5 output from the second dimming control means 5 is output.
The dimming control is performed according to the preset dimming program, and the lighting at the window can be dimmed according to the external light level, and according to the situation when the external light level is less than the predetermined value. It is possible to perform dimming and reduce unnecessary power consumption.

(Embodiment 2) FIG. 3 is an operation explanatory view of another embodiment in which the second dimming control means 5 is formed so as to dimming control the luminaire 2 depending on the number of customers in the store. The dimming control signal V 5 output from the dimming control means 5 is brightened when the number of customers in the store is increased and darkened when the number of customers is reduced as shown in FIG. This is for dimming the lighting fixture 2. Here, the dimming control signal V 5 and the dimming control signal V 4 output from the first dimming control means 4 are combined to control the dimming circuit 3 by the dimming control signal V 6 . The lighting fixture 2 is dimming-controlled according to the outside light level when a predetermined outside light level is obtained, and is adjusted according to the number of customers in the store when the predetermined outside light level is not obtained. It is designed to be optically controlled so that unnecessary power consumption is not performed. The number of customers in the store is calculated by counting the number of customers who have entered the store by a counting means, counting the number of customers who have opened the store by another counting means, and subtracting the number of customers who have opened the store from the number of customers who entered the store. .

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention provides the external light detection means for detecting the external light level, and the first dimming control signal for controlling the dimming circuit of the luminaire according to the detected external light level. And a second dimming control means for computing and outputting a second dimming control signal for controlling a dimming circuit of the lighting fixture based on a preset dimming program. The dimming control means and the dimming control of the luminaire by the first dimming control signal when the detected external light level is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, and the second dimming control when the external light level is lower than the predetermined value. Since it is composed of a dimming mode switching means for switching the dimming mode so that the luminaire is dimming-controlled by the light control signal, it is possible to use outside light during the daytime when a predetermined outside light level is obtained. The lighting can be adjusted according to the level, and when the prescribed outside light level is not obtained. It is possible to perform light control according to the situation and reduce unnecessary power consumption.
