【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は紡績機、仮撚加工機等の繊維機械に設置されて
いる駆動用ローラ、あるいはトラバース用ローラ等のロ
ーラ装置に関するものである。

ち、該装置は、複数個のローラを固着した軸に隣接して
駆動用の軸を並設せしめ、歯車、あるいは歯付プーリと
歯付ベルト等の駆動機構により駆動用軸の回転をローラ
装着軸に伝え各ローラを回転させると共に、駆動機構に
内装されているクラッチにより駆動用軸の回転がローラ
装着軸に伝わらないようにしてローラの回転を停止させ
るようになっている。この様な構成のものでは、ローラ
装着軸の外に駆動用軸、及び駆動機構が必要であると共
に、それ等の部品を設置するためのスペースが必要にな
り、繊維機械全体の寸法が大きくなるという問題があっ
た。又、実開昭58−78850号公報に記載されてい
るようなローラ装置では、駆動軸に複数個のローラを回
転自在に装着すると共に、摩擦式クラッチを介して各ロ
ーラを駆動軸と一体に連結してローラを回転させ、クラ
ッチ、又はローラ周面に作動片を当接させてローラの回
転を停止させる構成になっている。そのため、クラッチ
の外に回転停止用の作動機構を設置しなければならず、
狭い機台内への組付け作業、及び保守点検作業が非常に
困難であるという問題があった。
