Conventional technology and its problems As a method of lining the inner surface of a conventional trunk tube, after inserting a hard tube having a smaller diameter than the tube over the entire length of the trunk tube, the tube is heated and pressurized from the inside to expand and line the tube inner surface. Various construction methods have been proposed. In the hard tube lining formed by applying this heating and pressure expansion method,
Due to the heat contraction that occurs after the heating and pressurizing expansion, a gap is inevitably formed between the main tube and the main tube. Therefore, in such a rigid tube-lined stem, when the perforation membrane of the branch canal is closed,
The perforation port and the above-mentioned gap are communicated with each other, which causes water leakage or gas leakage.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention, in a trunk pipe having a hard tube lining on the inner surface thereof, when a perforation membrane of a branch pipe mouth opening is perforated by a heating fusion type perforation head provided in an intraperforator, A metal mouthpiece having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the branch pipe mouth is freely fitted and held in the perforating head, and the mouthpiece is provided with the perforating head together with the perforation head for melting and piercing the closing film by the perforating head. The melt from the occluding film, which is inserted into the inside of the pipe opening and caused by the melt perforation, is
Due to the difference in outer diameter, it flows into and fills the circumferential space between the two and is then solidified, and the molten solidified material is used to bond and integrate the die to the branch pipe mouth at the insertion position into the branch pipe mouth. The present invention relates to a method of perforating and sealing a branch tube mouth closing film in a characteristic inner hard tube lining trunk.

The heated piercing head (2) and the mouthpiece (3) are advanced in the radial direction of the main canal (a) in the state shown in FIG. 1, and as shown in FIGS. ) Is melted and perforated and enters the inside through the branch pipe port (b 1 ). Melt (C 1 ) is generated by the melt perforation of the closing film (c), and this melt (c 1 ) is, as shown in FIG.
And the tube mouth (b 1 ) are filled in the circumferential gap (4) between them caused by the difference in inner and outer diameters, and function as an adhesive for bonding the die (3) to the tube mouth (b 1 ) portion. When heating to the perforating head (2) is stopped in the state shown in FIG. 3, the melt (c 1 ) is solidified by natural cooling, and the die (3)
Is fitted and fixed to the tube mouth (b 1 ) portion. After fitting and fixing the mouthpiece (3), the drilling head (2) is withdrawn in the radial direction of the pipe,
By removing from the base (3), it is possible to prepare for the next operation.
