生する、予定しない異常なドライブ信号が電気−熱交換
体に印加されることがあり、全体として所定の周波数以
上の過度なドライブ信号が印加されてしまうことが原因

されても、ANDゲート5の出力l3はLレベルに保持
され、ヒータ9a〜9nにパルスは印加されない。そし
て時間t以後の▲▼パルスにおいては、モノマル
チ4の出力l2はHレベルになつているために通常と同
様にANDゲート5は、tp時間Hレベルとなり、ヒータ
