Therefore, for example, in an apartment house formed by providing a plurality of living rooms, it is considered to install a common corridor between two adjacent buildings. In this case, the common corridor is structurally constructed so that a corridor pillar dedicated to the corridor is erected separately in the gap between two adjacent buildings to support the load. The common hallway was then used to enter and leave each living room in both buildings.

The corridor pillars are an obstacle, and even if an attempt is made to secure the effective dimensions of the corridor, there is a corridor pillar in the gap between the two buildings, and the presence of this corridor pillar makes it impossible to secure the effective dimensions of the corridor. There are cases. The present invention is invented in view of the problems of the above-mentioned conventional example, and the purpose thereof is that a corridor pillar dedicated to the corridor is not necessary and is effective as a corridor without being disturbed by the corridor pillar. It is to provide the structure of the corridor base that connects two buildings that can secure the dimensions.

A receiving beam 5 is attached along the corridor, and a corridor joint beam 6 is installed between opposing receiving beams 5 to form a corridor base 7, and such a configuration is adopted. The object of the present invention described above is achieved.

Connecting fittings 4 are attached to the beams 3 on the outer wall 2 side facing each other, the receiving beams 5 are attached to the outer surface side of the outer wall 2 using the connecting fittings 4, and a corridor joint beam 6 is installed between the receiving beams 5 to corridor. By constructing the base 7, the load from the corridor base 7 can be applied to the outer wall 2 which is a structural material of the building 1 on both sides without providing a corridor pillar.
The beam 3 on the side can be supported. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a corridor pillar between the two buildings 1, the space between the outer walls 2 of the two buildings 1 can be secured as an effective corridor dimension.

An example of an apartment house formed by providing 1a is shown. The beams 5 on the opposite outer wall 2 sides of the pair of buildings 1 are formed of, for example, H-shaped steel, and are installed between columns of the outer wall 2. The connecting fitting 4 is a short U-shaped piece, and upper and lower horizontal pieces are fixed to the beam 5. The connecting metal fitting 4 faces a part of the outer wall 2 that is open, and the side surface of the connecting metal fitting 4 is substantially flush with the outer surface of the outer wall 2. In this case, a part of the outer wall 2 is formed. The side surface of the connection fitting 4 may be covered with a curtain plate made of a metal plate to waterproof the connection fitting 4 portion with the curtain plate. The receiving beam 5 is attached to the side surface of the connection fitting 4 with a bolt 9. In this way, the receiving beams 5 are attached so as to face each other along the outer surfaces of the outer walls 2 of the two independent buildings 1 facing each other, and the corridor joint beams 6 are erected on the pair of receiving beams 5 facing each other. The receiving beam 5 and the corridor joint beam 6 form a corridor base 7. Then, the deck plate 10 is placed on the corridor base 7 thus constructed, and the lightweight concrete 1 is placed on the deck plate 10.
1 is placed and further finished with mortar 12 to form a corridor 13 common to the two buildings 1 between the two buildings 1. This common hallway 13 has stairs 1 at the end
4 buildings, two buildings 1 facing each other from the common corridor 13
It goes in and out of each living room 1a provided in the. In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a horizontal brace which is stretched between the receiving beams 4 facing each other, and asbestos 16 is sprayed on the horizontal brace 15, the receiving beam 4, the corridor joint beam 6, the deck plate 10 and the like to prevent fire. I am trying to secure it. Common corridor 13
A ceiling 18 is attached to the receiving beam 4 facing the lower surface of the with a ceiling-attaching metal fitting 17.

Since the corridor joint beams are erected to form the corridor base,
The receiving beam can be attached to the beams on the outer wall side of the building on both sides via the connecting metal fittings, and there is no need to install a corridor pillar as in the past, and with a simple structure, the load from the corridor base can be applied to the building on both sides. It can be supported by the beam between the outer walls, which is the structural material of the above. Moreover, unlike the conventional method, there is no need to provide a corridor pillar in the gap between the outer walls of both buildings, so the corridor pillar does not get in the way. Not only that, the space between the outer walls of both buildings can be secured as it is as an effective corridor dimension.
