In this construction method, generally, rising portions are provided on both side ends of the metal waterproof surface material, the waterproof surface materials are juxtaposed, and the rising portions are seam welded together with the hanging members fixed to the body.

Not only does it cause warping, swelling, unevenness, etc. on the upright portion, but it also gives stress and deformation to the suspension fixed to the body, and it also has unevenness on the flat surface of the waterproof surface material that has not contracted. There are many problems such as wrinkles and the like, which significantly impairs the appearance and deteriorates the discharge of rainwater.

A waterproofing method using a metal plate, characterized in that after welding, the rising portions of the joined metal waterproof surface materials are stretched by a rolling roller, and then the stretched compatible upper portion is subjected to seam welding. Also in the present invention, first of all, the adjacent rising portions of the respective metal waterproof surface materials are joined by sandwiching the hanger by this means, and the hanger and the rising portion are fixed by spot welding.

Stretch. In the present invention, the step of stretching the rising portion is the most important. Generally, the elongation of the rising portion due to this stretching is preferably around 3%. Due to this stretching, the upright portions between the suspension members are slightly wavy and curved, but this does not hinder the seam welding performed after this step.

外観よく仕上るとともに、雨水の排出が良好になる。After the rising of the rising portion by the rolling roller is performed, the rising portions of the adjacent metal waterproof surface materials are bonded to each other by seam welding. A conventionally known method can be adopted for this seam welding. That is, a seam welder is used, and the pair of roller electrodes sandwiches the rising portion to run, whereby the rising portions can be welded to each other and to the hanger.
As a result of this seam welding, heat contraction occurs at the rising portion, but since the rising portion is stretched as described above, this heat contraction is offset, and the rising portion is spot-welded to the suspension almost at the beginning. You will return to the same state as when you did.
Therefore, since the rising part is almost not stretched or contracted as a result, it is prevented that ripples are generated on the flat surface part of the waterproof surface material other than the rising part, which causes wrinkles of unevenness. The metal waterproof surface material thus produced maintains a flat surface and has a good appearance, and the drainage of rainwater becomes good.
次に、本発明の実施例について更に具体的に説明する。 Next, examples of the present invention will be described more specifically.

25 pieces of waterproof surface material made of SUS304 stainless steel plate are juxtaposed, and each waterproof surface material is joined by sandwiching the hangers fixed at intervals of 600 mm on the work frame, and spot welding is performed at the location of the hangers. The waterproof surface materials were attached to each other and the hanger.

It was confirmed that there was almost no good finish.

Therefore, the heat shrinkage generated by seam welding is offset by the stretched amount, and the deformation due to welding strain can be substantially prevented, and therefore, the spread of strain to the flat surface portion due to the strain at the rising portion can be prevented. The result is a good finish with almost no wrinkles and swells on the flat surface that could not be avoided after welding in the past, and the drainage is good and the load on the suspension can be reduced.
That is an excellent effect.
