した第5図のような展開外形にプレス抜きしたものをU
字状に曲げ加工し、最後にU字の背面部分2を切断して
別々のシャッター1に切り離すような連続順送りプレス

ッターの製造方法において、 長尺金属薄板を素材とする連続順送りプレス工程を備
え、上記プレス工程は、 a、上記U字状シャッター1の一対の対向面1a、1b
の一方及びこれらの対向面を結合する背面部分2を夫々
含む外形線をプレス打抜線とし、上記対向面の他方の一
部が連続するシャッター間の連続部分15になるように
打抜きする打抜き工程と、 b、上記一対の対向面1a、1bが生じるように折曲げ
る折曲げ工程と、 c、上記対向面の他方の外形線14の一部を切断線とし
て上記連結部分15を打抜いて、個々のシャッターに分

分2の寸法精度には影響しない故、背面部分2の側縁4
をシャッター自動開閉機構の基準面又は作用面とするこ
