ん白の質的及び量的異常と理解されている。そして、脂
質の中でも特にコレステロールは動脈硬化に関係が深い
ことが古くから知られており、コレステロールの血中濃
度を低下させるため、種々の薬物が開発されてきてい

療などがある。そして、小麦ふすまはDFの重要な供給源
として脚光をあびてきている。その生理活性として、大
腸がん防止作用、便秘の予防及び治療があげられている
が、コレステロール低下作用は弱いとされている。〔A

ても、優れたコレステロール低下作用が小麦ふすまに見

め、ヒト又は動物に対しても何等有害な副作用を示すこ

形剤、結合剤、崩壊剤、充填剤、滑沢剤、着色剤、など
も用いて製剤される。又は、これが本発明の特徴の一つ
であるが、そのような剤型にしなくても、従来食用に供
されるもの例えばパン、ケーキ、クツキー、ビスケツ
ト、マカロニ、スパゲツテイ、そば、うどんなど、その
他の食品例えばマフイン、マツシユドポテト、スナツク
食品、まんじゆう、ピザパイ、もち、チヤーハン、お好
み焼、シユーマイ、かまぼこ、ハンバーク、豆腐、ハ
ム、ソーセージ、飲料、ソース、ケチヤツプ、サラダド
レツシング、ジヤム、ジエリー、アイスクリームなどに

る。又、前述の如く、食品中に添加して使用することも
