As shown in FIGS. 18 to 19, this device is provided with lateral U-shaped tracks b and b which are curved on the outlet side of the passage so as to face both sides of the passage a having a quadrangular cross section, and which is provided at the bottom of the passage a. While forming a guide groove d for fitting the lower half of the cross section of the cored bar c, a large number of rollers f provided with a circumferential groove e corresponding to the upper half of the cross section of the cored bar c are provided corresponding to the length of the cored bar. The rails b and b are lined up side by side so as to be rollably fitted to the tracks b, and a guide bar d and a peripheral groove e of the roller f form a core bar introduction hole g for introducing a core bar as shown in FIG. It was something that was done. Further, in order to easily insert the cored bar c introduced into the passage a into the resin temple h, it is preferable to preheat the introduced cored bar to an appropriate temperature.
A heater (not shown) was built in the bottom portion of the passage a.

Since the groove width of the peripheral groove e provided on the roller f is set to a required width according to the width of the core bar c, the peripheral groove differs depending on the core bar inserted into the resin temple h. You have to use rollers. 20 to 21 show an example of a roller.

Since the width of the core metal is diverse, it is necessary to prepare dozens of types of rollers. Therefore, it is not possible to store and manage dozens of roller aggregates, each of which has a large number of rollers. It was very annoying. Further, in order to fit each roller constituting the roller assembly selected according to the inserted core metal into the U-shaped track, one roller must be fitted at a time, and the core metal used When replacing the rollers according to the width, it is necessary to remove the fitted rollers once and then install new rollers one by one, which requires a lot of time and effort for the replacement work of the rollers. There was a very bad problem.

Since it is necessary to heat the core metal c introduced into the passage a to a required temperature, the bottom of the passage is heated by the heater.
For this reason, each roller is thermally expanded, so that there is a problem that the roller does not smoothly roll and it is difficult to insert the core metal.

Further, the rollers that have undergone such thermal expansion have a problem that they tend to be damaged, such as cracks, during rolling, and that wear tends to occur due to pressing between the rollers during rolling. Therefore, the life of the roller is short and it is necessary to replace it at an early stage.

これは以下の理由による。
When the conventional apparatus described above is used, for example, a special spectacle vine as shown in FIG. 9, that is, a rear end side portion of a cored bar c is formed to have a wide and thick rectangular parallelepiped bulge j, and the bulge is formed. It was virtually impossible to manufacture a spectacle temple whose outer surface was substantially flush with the outer surface of the resin temple h.
This is for the following reason.

Since the passage a was formed as a square through hole,
The spectacle temple with the cored bar inserted cannot be taken out unless the entire cored bar c is pushed out from the passage a. Now, it is assumed that the spectacle temple is not manufactured by the above apparatus and the core metal c having the bulging portion j is introduced into the passage a. Since the rear end k of the resin temple h is continuously provided at the outlet end of the passage a as shown in FIG. 22, the core bar c has a front end of the bulging portion j that is the rear end of the resin temple. It will be extruded until it comes into contact with k. However, in this state, since the bulging portion j remains in the passage a, the eyeglass temple with the cored bar inserted cannot be taken out as it is.

For this reason, in the case of manufacturing the above-mentioned special temple, as shown in FIG. 23, the resin temples m and m which are divided in half are attached by sandwiching the core metal c. I had to do it. However, this requires a lot of time and labor for the work, and the productivity is very poor. Further, since it is difficult to closely attach the connection portion n between the resin temple h formed by bonding and the bulging portion j, the connection portion is difficult. The gap between the two tended to occur, and the eyeglass vine had to be inferior to the unsightly commercial value.

For this reason, it is necessary to prepare dozens of types of roller aggregates to accommodate a wide variety of core metal widths, and there is a problem that storage management is very complicated. When replacing the rollers, it was necessary to fit each roller into the track one by one, and it took a lot of time to replace the rollers, and there was a problem that the working efficiency was extremely poor. Since the upper portion of the core bar cradle is completely visible and open, such problems are eliminated.

Further, in the conventional device in which the roller is essential, there is a problem that the roller is easily damaged during rolling and is easily worn due to the pressing between the rollers, which makes it difficult to smoothly insert the core metal. However, such a problem does not occur at all.

This is because the upper part of the core bar is open.
The reason is that even a pair of eyeglasses with a cored bar having such a bulging portion can be easily removed.
In the conventional device, since the passage is formed as a quadrangular through hole, it is impossible to take out the spectacle temple when the bulging portion of the core is stopped in the passage when the pushing of the core is completed. I couldn't make it.

The production of such a special spectacle temple will be as follows in comparison with the case where the half-vines are attached as described above. That is, in the case of such a bonding method, a lot of work is required for the work and the productivity is very poor. In addition, if the resin-made integrated adhesive vine makes it difficult to closely adhere the connection portion with the bulging portion. There was a problem that an unclear gap was generated in the part. On the other hand, according to the present invention, since the core metal is strongly pressed toward the resin temple, the connecting portion between the bulging portion and the resin temple is surely brought into close contact with each other to form an unclear gap. Therefore, it is possible to manufacture a spectacle vine that has a good appearance and a good commercial value.

Further, a spectacle temple using a cored bar provided with such a bulged portion is very useful in terms of improving the design effect of the spectacle temple with various decorations applied to the bulged portion, and in addition, the tip of the spectacle temple. Since the bulging portion is surely protected by the bulging portion, the added value of the spectacle temple is significantly improved.

In such a configuration, even if the surface portion of the cored bar has a fine uneven pattern such as a satin pattern, the pattern is not damaged, and therefore the resin temple is transparent. When the spectacle temple is configured so that the pattern shown on the surface of the cored bar can be seen through, the spectacle temple can be finished with a good appearance.
