たが、一枚抜き用の型の場合には二枚抜き用の型と異な
り原料の均一攪拌用のタマを取付ける場所がなく、特に
製品の両側部において品質劣化が生じ、生産効率を著し
く悪化させるという問題点があった。また、タイルの裏
面に接着補強用の溝等があって表裏面の形状が異なって
いると、乾燥工程においてタイルに反りが発生して生産
効率を低下させるという問題点もあった。

し、またその際に湿式タイル素地の両側面に取付け用横
溝を同時に形成するようにしたことを特徴とする湿式タ
イル素地の成形法を第1の発明とし、この成形法に用い
る成形用型であるところの、型本体に接着補強用溝形成
用の突部を有する裏部形成面とこれに対向する表部形成
面とを上下に形成した成形用透孔を設けて該裏部形成面
の出口側に表部形成面より突出する延長面を続かせると
ともに前記成形用透孔の両側には開口度調節自在な排除
用透孔を仕切壁を介して設け、また該仕切壁に取付け用
横溝形成用の突部を成形用透孔に向けて設けたことを特
徴とする湿式タイル素地の成形用型を第2の発明とする
ものである。

付け用横溝(22)を備えた薄肉湿式タイル素地(20)が得ら
れることとなる。一方、成形用透孔(2)の上面となる突
部(8)を有する裏部形成面(9)は下面となる平坦な表部形
成面(10)よりも出口側に突出した延長部(9a)を続かせて
あるので、原料押出し速度は平坦な表部形成面(10)側が
裏部形成面(9)側よりも速くなり上下両面間における原
料の緻密程度を極めて近いものとすることとなる。即
ち、従来では裏部成形面(9)においては平坦な表部形成
面(10)に比べて表面積が大きく粘性原料が摩擦抵抗によ
って進行速度が遅れるために、裏部成形面(9)側の原料
の緻密程度が表部形成面(10)側に比べて著しく高くな
