を基体１０に近接させて成るもので、砕石４が混入され
た模様層５の石柄模様を透明な表面層３を通して見るこ
とができると共に、表面の微細な凹凸部６と目地部７と
によって石材調の外観を表現するようにし、上記目的を

防水床パン２を製造するにあたっては、以下のようにし
て行う。防水床パン２の内部の形状を外形とする成形型
において、成形型の洗い場部１となる部分を除いて他の
部分を養生紙等で保護しておき、洗い場部１となる部分
にクリヤーのゲルコートを吹き付ける。ここで、ゲルコ
ートとはポリエステル樹脂などの合成樹脂材で作成され
たもので、硬化して透明な表面層３を形成するものであ
る。次に、このクリヤー樹脂に柄付け用石の砕石４を混
入し、このものをモルタルガンなどで上記と同じ洗い場
部１となる部分に吹き付ける。ここで、砕石４の粒度は
０．５〜１．５mmが適当であり、また砕石４と樹脂との
比率は柄付けの内容にて任意に選択できるが、重量比
１：１〜１．２程度が好ましい。砕石４の粒度が０．５
mm未満の場合及び１．５mmを超える場合には石目柄模様
が表現でき難しいものである。次に、洗い場部１となる
部分以外の床ハーフ（防水床パン）に被覆した上記養生
紙を外し、その後床ハーフの色に設定されたゲルコート
を洗い場部１となる部分及び床ハーフの養生紙を外した
部分の全面に吹き付けて硬化させて基体１０を形成する
ものである。次に、常法に従って一般の成形と同じく中
間層、バック層、補強層をこれらの上に積載し、その後
成形して防水床パン２を作製するものである。図中８は
防水床パン２と一体に形成された浴槽、９は洗面部であ

全長に亘って格子状に凹設され、また洗い場部１の表面
層３の表面には微細な凹凸部６が形成されることになる
ものである。また、洗い場部１の表面には透明な表面層
３が形成され、この表面層３の下面には砕石４が樹脂中
に分散された模様層５が形成されることになるものであ
り、従ってクリヤーな表面層３を通して内部の模様層５
の石目柄を見ることができ、石貼のようなデザインを表
現できるものである。また、この洗い場部１に凹設され
て目地部７は第２図に示すように隣合う模様層５を仕切
るように底部を基体１０に近接させてあるので、目地部
７によって隣合う模様層５を仕切ることで模様層５の石
目柄を隣合うように石材を敷設しているように見せるこ
とができ、石材調の外観をできるだけ隣合うように石材
を敷設しているように表現することができるものであ
る。しかも、目地部７は従来の石貼の場合のように目地
割れを生じることがなく耐久性に優れている上に、また
洗い場部１は合成樹脂材で形成されていて軽量であり、
しかも床面が冷たく感じることがないものである。また
上記したように洗い場部１に吹き付ける吹き付け材の色
と他の部分に吹き付ける樹脂の色とを同一色に設定する

［発明の効果］ 上記のように本発明は、基体の表面に透明な表面層を形

表面層の表面に基体の略全長に走る目地部を凹設して洗
い場部を形成してあるので、模様層の砕石を透明な表面
層を通して表面に透過し、しかも表面層の凹凸部と目地
部とによって石目柄を効果的に表現できるものであり、
防水床パンのデザインを向上できるものである。またタ
イル貼、石貼等に比べ表面感覚に冷たさを与える事がな
く、しかも目地割れ等の耐久性に優れ、且つ重量の軽減
が図れた浴室の洗い場部を提供できるものである。加え
て、ハーフ色と柄付けベース色とを同一色にすることに
より成形作業性の効率が向上でき、また石貼の床面と比
べて施工性がよいものである。また隣合う模様層を仕切
るように目地部の底部を基体に近接させてあるので、目
地部によって隣合う模様層を仕切ることで模様層を石目
柄を隣合うように石材を敷設しているように見せること
ができ、石材調の外観をできるだけ隣合うように石材を
