た。(Background Art) Conventionally, for example, a folding top suspension shutter is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-27.
As illustrated in No. 663 and No. 59-122368 of Shokai, the upper and lower ends of each shutter door body are inserted into the upper and lower rails in a wrapped manner, and each such shutter door body travels as a door car. In the door case part, which is rotatably connected to the upper suspension connecting frame and has a vertical rail on one end side cut out and a plate is provided, the shutter door body is sequentially escaped from the vertical rail and folded. It was supposed to have such a structure.

Here, the longitudinal dimension difference between the rails 3 and 4 is set to a horizontal component of the turning amount of the turning arm 5 described later or more. The horizontal fin portions 35, 36 of the outer rail 4 are provided at the tips thereof with a series of bulging portions 38 in the longitudinal direction toward the inner side of the groove front.
Even when the inner rail 3 which has been formed and has been fitted is in contact with the inner rail 3, the friction between the two rails is reduced by making this into a line contact.

It is said to extend beyond the angle. Then, at this time, the inner rail 3 is guided by the pivot arm 5 and is allowed to project from the outer rail groove 34 while being kept horizontal by the rotation of the shaft attachment portion 39. Further, the rotation arm can stop further rotation at an angle slightly beyond the apex by contact with a stopper (not shown) or the inner rail 3 to the vertical frame 9. Of course, the inner rail 3 can be retracted into the outer rail groove 34 by the reverse rotation guide of the rotating arm 5, and the revolving arm still has a certain elevation angle with respect to the horizontal as described above when the retraction is completed. I have left. Reference numeral 40 in the figure denotes a washer made of synthetic resin, which is interposed as necessary to prevent electrolytic corrosion and improve slidability.

Are movable in the opening and closing direction between the left and right vertical frames 8 and 9 in the extended state, by the horizontal component of the rotation amount of the rotation arm 5 or more. In the embodiment, the left end suspension element frame 42 holds a movable amount (clearance) for that amount in the left vertical frame 8. Here, the suspension base frame 42 is biased in the closing direction by a biasing device 50, which will be described later, interposed between the suspension base frame 42 and the left vertical frame 8.
The above movement is possible by pulling laterally against this urging force or conversely entrusting it to the urging force.

Is urged. As a result, each of the extended closed door bodies 10 ... Is constantly extended in the closing direction, and the pressing portion 41 of the right end door contact frame 43 keeps pressing the pressing receiving portion 29 of the inner rail 3. Becomes Therefore, the inner rail 3 does not return to the opening direction to descend due to an unexpected momentum such as vibration, and the door body 10 does not open unexpectedly. On the other hand, when the door body 10 is opened, the inner rail 3 may be reversely operated by laterally pulling the door body 10 and the door stop frame 43 with a force exceeding this urging force. If the door bodies 10 are once opened, the urging range of the urging device 50 is limited, and the left end suspension frame 42 is regulated and stored in the left vertical frame 8. The amount by which the opened door bodies 10 are pushed back is small, and the opening width of the folding door 2 is sufficiently maintained. Of course, since the inner rail 3 is not directly related to the urging device 50, the inner rail 3 maintains the lowered state when the door bodies 10 are open.

It is also possible to arrange only in two places. Of course, it is not limited to the both ends in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of them may be arranged at an intermediate position in a spaced manner.

On the other hand, the pressure receiving portion provided on the inner rail is sufficient if it can receive the opening / closing force of the folding door guided in the inner rail groove. For example, by fixing the L-shaped angle member to the inner rail end, The longitudinal end opening of the groove may be crossed.

And at the same time, by attaching and fixing a plurality of rotating arms in the longitudinal direction between the inner and outer rails in a spaced manner,
The inner rail is movable in the longitudinal direction in the fixed outer rail so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction, and the pressure receiving portion of the inner rail can be brought into contact with the pushing portion of the folding door guided in the inner rail groove. In the folding door guided in the groove, the end of the door body is stably held in the inner rail groove in a closed state when the inner rail is projected and retracted by the rotating arm in the closed state. When opening, the holding state can be released entirely, so there is no need to move all the doors to the door pocket side and fold them sequentially. For example, you can fold from the door stop side, so only the required number of sheets It can be opened and closed to open and close, and it can be opened and closed easily.
