ため取付作業性に難点が有るとともに、電磁接触器を制
御盤等に取付後にサージ抑制器を取付けする場合、又は
予め取付けられていたサージ抑制器を盤取付後に取外す
場合には接触器本体も取外すことになりサージ抑制器の
着脱に非常に手間がかかつていた。また、電磁接触器の
取付穴とサージ抑制器の取付穴を合わせる必要が有る
為、適用電磁接触器の底面とほぼ同外形とする必要があ
りサージ抑制器単独での小型化が図れないことや、取付
寸法の異なる接触器への適用の為には、別部品を必要と
することなど共用化がむづかしい等の問題があつた。

た載置突面12の上面と係合しサージ抑制器は、下方向
に抜けなくなる。この様にしてサージ抑制器1は、電磁
接触器7に固定される。そしてその後リード線6を第8
図に示すようにコイル端子8に接続することにより、電
磁接触器7の励磁コイル消勢時のサージ電圧を抑制する
ことができる。一方、サージ抑制器を取外す場合は、リ
ード線6をコイル端子8から外した後、第6図鎖線で示
す様に、サージ抑制器1を矢印B方向に押圧して舌片3
の一方を弾性変形させ、他方の舌片3の爪4と突起11
の係合を解いた後矢印B′方向に回転させることにより
一方の爪4と突起11の係合もはずれ、サージ抑制器1
を取外すことができる。
