めの取出しレールとから構成されるもので、吸着パッド
の上下,前後動のみにより分離を行うことができる。ま
た吸着パッドに吸着された先頭基板が前進する際、その
下流側端面を当りとして後続基板がベルト搬送されるた
めに分離しようとする基板の前進と後続基板の送り込み
が同時に行なうことができるため分離スピードを上げる
ことができる。また吸着パッドが上昇して、先頭基板に
当たる時、吸着力が働くため上昇の際の衝撃力が小さく
なり、基板がはねることがなくなる。また基板長さの変

が発生せず、後続プリント基板の姿勢も安定に保たれた
状態で最先端のプリント基板を移載することが可能にな
