記上側移行部では上記装置間に設けた弛み防止ガイドに
よる摩擦抵抗によつて内外袋は上記耐熱板に向つて押圧
され、海苔は両端重合部が押えられて耐熱板からずれて
弛み或は脱落することはない。

3に合成樹脂製V字形外袋4を嵌合させる装置11及び
上記内外袋2、4の開口縁5に沿つて内外袋2、4を互
に加熱溶着6する装置12を順次配設する。そしてこれ
らの各装置9、10、11、12間に内外袋2、4及び
上記包被海苔3の摩擦による弛み防止ガイド13、1
3′、13を設けてなるものである。上記耐熱板1は上
下面に内外袋2、4を加熱具20、20で圧着するもの
で加熱により焦損又は焼損するもの(例えば厚紙)であ
つてはならない(第4図)。上記ガイド13′は海苔包
被装置10と外袋嵌合装置11との中間では包被海苔3
の両端重合部3′(第3図)の上面を押えるものであ
り、他のガイド13は内袋2又は外袋4の両側縁に接す
るものであれば良い。そして終端スプロケツト15を駆
動して上記チエン8、8を矢印a方向に回動させ、先ず
内袋嵌合装置9によつてV字形耐熱板1に上記内袋2を
冠せ、次に包被装置10によつて海苔3で内袋2を包
み、さらに装置11により外袋4をその上に冠せた後上
記溶着装置12の上下の加熱具20、20を耐熱板1の
上下面に向つて圧着することによつて内外袋2、4の開
口縁5に沿つて両袋2、4間を加熱溶着6するものであ
つてその後終端スプロケツト15を下向に迂回する際同
耐熱板1から上記内外袋2、4を落下分離させて海苔巻
包装袋21(第5図)を製造することができる。その後
この包装袋21の開口縁5は溶着部6のため内外袋2、
4が同時に開かれ内袋2内に3角形握飯22を収容し、
同開口縁5を第6図に示すように折返して粘着テープ2
3で閉鎖し製品となすものである。尚第7図中24で示
すものは上記内袋2の供給函、25は同内袋2の吸盤、
26は同吸盤25の間歇回動軸、27は同内袋2の開口
用間歇昇降吸盤、28は海苔3の供給函、29は同海苔
3の間歇昇降吸盤、30は海苔包み用開閉板、31は上
記外袋4の供給函、32は同外袋4の吸盤、33は同吸
