By the way, as a method for producing a spinneret having a large number of fine spinning holes, generally, a plastic working method using a punch tool is often used. The reason is that, for example, in the case of using the electric discharge machining method or the cutting method, the inner wall of the bored spinning hole is extremely rough and the stock solution during spinning is deposited and fixed on the irregularities of the inner wall of the spinning hole, resulting in clogging of the hole. Or, the yarn to be spun may be scratched due to adhered matter, causing problems such as color unevenness during dyeing. When the plastic working method using a punch tool is used, the inner wall of the bored spinning hole is extremely smooth and looks like a mirror surface. Because it is finished.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-described method for manufacturing a spinneret has two problems. One of them is that, as shown in FIG. 2, when a raw material introduction hole 2 of a spinning hole is first formed with a sharp punch tool 1 having a conical tip, the material escapes upward and the inlet of the raw material introduction hole 2 is opened. The edge rises. Since it is necessary to polish and remove the raised portion 3, processing loss is large, and in the case of a spinneret made of a noble metal, an expensive material is wasted. The other one is that, as shown in FIG. 3, the depths of the stock solution introducing holes 2 have variations H 1 <H 2 and it is difficult to obtain a spinneret of stable quality.

Therefore, the present invention is intended to provide a method for producing a spinneret in which the periphery of the inlet of the undiluted solution introducing hole does not rise and the depth of the undiluted solution introducing hole does not vary.

(Means for Solving Problems) A method for manufacturing a spinneret according to the present invention for solving the above problems is a punch tool in which a flat surface is provided around a conical sharp tip on a spinneret plate. A large number of undiluted solution introduction holes in a predetermined arrangement, then the bulging portion of the lower surface is polished to be smooth, and then a undiluted solution discharge hole is drilled through at the tip of the undiluted solution introduction hole with a reamer. After that, the protrusion of the opening edge of the stock solution discharge hole is polished.

(Operation) In the method for producing a spinneret of the present invention, the stock solution introduction hole is formed in the spinneret plate with a punch tool having a flat surface around the conical sharp tip as described above. It stops when the flat surface hits the top surface of the spinneret plate.
Therefore, the material is prevented from escaping upward, the inlet periphery of the stock solution introduction hole does not rise, and the depth of the stock solution introduction hole becomes substantially constant.

(Example) An example of a method for manufacturing a spinneret according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The thickness of the plane circle shown in Fig. 1a is 0.
A spinneret plate 4 made of Au-Pt 40 wt% alloy having an inner diameter of 4 mm and an inner diameter of 100 mm is provided with a tilt angle of 60 degrees and a height of 0.34 mm as shown in FIG. 1b.
A punch tool 7 with a flat surface 6 with an outer diameter of 1 mm is provided around a sharp tip 5 with a base diameter of 0.38 mm.
The individual stock solution introducing holes 8 were drilled in a multi-ring shape. Next, at a position corresponding to the stock solution introducing hole 8 on the lower surface of the spinneret plate 1, a height of 150 μ
The bulged portion 9 was polished and smoothed as shown in FIG. 1c. Next, as shown in FIG. 1D, a stock solution discharge hole 11 having a diameter of 60 μ was penetratingly formed at the tips of the stock solution introduction holes 8.

After that, the projection 12 at the tip opening edge of each stock solution discharge hole 11 was ground and smoothed as shown in FIG. 1e to obtain a spinneret 13.

On the other hand, in the same spinneret plate as in the above example, a large number of undiluted solution introducing holes of the same size were bored with a conventional punch tool having no conventional flat surface, and then the bulged portion was formed on the lower surface of the spinneret plate. Grind to make it smooth, and then use a reamer to pierce the raw solution discharge holes of the same size as the example at the tips of the many stock solution introduction holes. After that, polish the tip opening edge of the stock solution discharge holes to make it smooth. After that, a spinneret was obtained.

When the spinneret of the example and the spinneret of the conventional example were quality-inspected, the results shown in the following table were obtained.

As is clear from the above table, the spinneret obtained by the production method of the conventional example has a swelling of the inlet periphery of the stock solution introduction hole of 0.05.
While the spinneret obtained by the manufacturing method of the Example had no such swelling. Further, the spinneret obtained by the manufacturing method of the conventional example had a variation of the depth of the stock solution introducing hole of ± 0.02 mm, while the spinneret obtained by the manufacturing method of the example shows the depth of the stock solution introducing hole. The variation was ± 0.005 mm, which was extremely small.

(Effects of the Invention) As can be seen from the above description, the method for manufacturing a spinneret of the present invention uses a punch tool having a flat surface around a conical sharp tip to form a stock solution introduction hole in a spinneret plate. Since the inlet edge of the undiluted solution introducing hole is not pressed and rises, and the punch tool stops by hitting the inlet rim of the undiluted solution introducing hole, the depth of the undiluted solution introducing hole becomes substantially constant and stable quality is obtained. There is an effect that a spinneret can be obtained.
