とする。(Structure of the Invention) The present invention is an invention that solves the above-mentioned problems, and one side obtained by performing die-casting after spreading and rolling pellets on a ground color sheet has 5 sides.
A flake pattern flooring characterized in that a thermoplastic resin pattern flake with a marble pattern of ˜50 cm is placed over the entire base sheet in a state of being randomly overlapped, then rolled and punched into a square. The manufacturing method is the gist.
以下、図面に基づいて説明する。Hereinafter, description will be given with reference to the drawings.

The pellets 3 having a different color from the sheet 1 are scattered from the hopper 2 by PVC or the like, and rolled by the rolling rolls 4 and 4'to obtain a sheet having a marble pattern like a conventional floor material, which is punched by the punching machine 5. Then, the thermoplastic resin pattern flakes 6 having a side of 5 to 50 cm are obtained.

The pattern flakes 6 are preferably triangular, trapezoidal or similar squares or pentagons each having a size of 5 to 50 cm. The pattern flakes obtained as shown in FIG. 1 are once placed on the endless belt 10 which is rotated by the drums 9 and 9 ', and then supplied onto the inclined vibrating plate 11 to be overlapped in the range of 150 to 150. It is placed on a base sheet 12 of PVC or the like having a thickness of 4 to 7 mm preheated to 160 ° C.
Immediately after being placed on the base sheet 12 with 100 to 11
The pattern flakes are rolled and integrated by rolling rolls 14 and 14 'at 0 ° C to obtain the patterned sheet flooring material of the present invention. The pattern sheet 15 obtained has a side of 20 to 70 cm by a punching machine 16.
