Description of the Related Art Conventionally, resin molded products used as interior parts of automobiles are molded with synthetic resin materials such as ABS resin, polypropylene resin, AS resin, etc., and generally, resin molded products are often used as they are. However, due to the recent trend toward higher designs, it has become necessary to partially provide a decorative material such as fabric or leather on the surface of a resin molded product for decoration.

There is a problem that the forming work is complicated when the decorative material is partially provided. Further, in the latter molding method, the synthetic resin material filled in the molding die at the time of molding of the resin molded product wraps around the end portion of the decorative material, and the decorative material at that portion rolls up to cause a defective appearance. In addition to the occurrence, there is a problem that the decorative material processed as a separate product must be attached in a post process due to the shape restriction of the resin molded product.

The mold is provided with insert walls that can be projected and retracted individually, and the insert wall is projected toward the resin molded product side before the resin molded product comes into contact with the molding die near the insertion wall, and at the projecting portion. Bending the end of the decorative material to the resin molded product side, and then molding the insertion wall so that a part of the resin molded product covers it, and withdrawing from the resin molded product by retracting the insertion wall in the molding process,
Both sides of the bent end of the decorative material are sandwiched between resin molded products and covered.

When processing the end portion of the decorative material molded on a part of the resin molded product, the decorative material is set on a predetermined portion of the molding surface of the molding die, and then the decorative material is adsorbed and fixed. At this time, when the molding method is blow molding or compression molding, a synthetic resin material which is a molding material is set on the molding surface side, and the molding die is clamped to start molding. Further, at the time of injection molding, the mold is clamped and a synthetic resin as a molding material is injected onto the molding surface.

At that time, as the molding progresses, the synthetic resin is molded so as to cover the protruding insertion wall and the decoration material around the terminal, and the synthetic resin is blocked by the insertion wall and penetrates into the bent portion of the decoration material. Can be disturbed. As a result, the parting portion of the decorative material is molded cleanly. In addition, since the decorative material is fixed by vacuuming during molding, the synthetic resin comes closer to the molding surface before other parts, so the center of the decorative material contacts the end toward the end, Synthetic resin is covered without entrapment or deformation.

It can also be applied to. At that time, when performing compression molding, after placing the heated decoration material on the molding die, the insertion wall is projected from the lower side to the molding surface, the insertion wall is retracted as the mold is clamped, and the tip is slightly moved. It is good to mold in a protruding state. Further, in the case of injection molding, the temperature of the molding die may be raised by 20 to 30 ° C. as compared with general molding, and the insertion wall may be projected onto the molding surface immediately before the completion of injection molding.
