The peripheral edge 5a of the center contact member 5 is inserted into the circumferential groove 6 formed in the door trim body 4 to improve the appearance. For example, an adhesive is coated on the back surface side of the center contact member 5. When the attachment work of the center contact member 5 is performed, this adhesive adheres to the inner wall of the circumferential groove 6 (indicated by symbol A in the figure), and the work of inserting the terminal 5a is not smoothly performed. At the same time, it has been pointed out that the adhesive adheres to the surface of the door trim body 4 and causes stains.

Further, according to the present invention, since a laminate in which a fabric sheet and a backing layer are laminated is used as an intermediate contact member, it is lightweight and has a shape such as a highlight line parting line due to the shape retention and rigidity of the backing layer. Easy to take out,
In addition, the groove width of the circumferential groove formed in the door trim body may be slightly larger than the thickness of these center contact members, so that the groove width of the circumferential groove can be set to a small value without increasing the groove width in consideration of the adhesive application as in the past. Since it can be sufficiently applied to the peripheral groove, it has effects such as excellent appearance and design.

More specifically, the door trim body 11 includes a resin core material 13 formed in a required shape and a skin material 14 integrally attached to the surface side of the core material 13 by vacuum forming or the like. Then, a composite resin material made of polypropylene resin and wood powder filler is used as the core material 13 in consideration of moldability, cost, mechanical strength, etc., and the skin material 14 is a foam layer 15 such as polypropylene foam or polyethylene foam. It is used by laminating the ABS mixed PVC sheet 16 on the back surface.

On the other hand, the center contact member 12 includes a cloth 18 such as a velvet, a jersey, and a tricot, and a PVC on the back surface of the cloth 18.
The backing layer 19 is formed by laminating a non-breathable backing layer 19 such as a sheet and is preformed by thermoforming such as vacuum forming into a shape corresponding to the surface shape of the door trim body 11, which will be described later. It has shape retention and moderate rigidity.

Further, the inner contact member 12 is bonded and fixed to the door trim main body 11 except for the inside of the circumferential groove 17 with an adhesive 20.
It is bent at the shoulder portion 17a and is inserted so that the terminal side is folded back into the circumferential groove 17 with this bending line 21 as a fulcrum. Therefore, due to the rigidity of the backing layer 19 of the intermediate contact member 12, a restoring force is exerted, and as shown in FIG.
The peripheral edge portion 12a of the center contact member 12 is in a crimped state and firmly fixed to the inner wall surface 17b.

At this time, as the shape of the circumferential groove 17, in this embodiment, the groove width is set to 2 mm and the groove depth is set to 7 mm. Similarly, the center contact member 1 folded back with the bending line 21 as a fulcrum.
The size of the peripheral edge 12a of 2 is set to 7 mm, which is the same as the depth of the groove of the peripheral groove 17. It has been found by experiments that the dimension of the folded-back portion does not deviate from the circumferential groove 17 due to a desired effect, that is, the rigidity of the backing layer 19, if the dimension is 70% or more of the depth of the circumferential groove 17.

As described above, the structure for terminating the intermediate contact member 12 according to the present invention is such that the intermediate member 12 includes the cloth 18 and the backing layer 1.
Since a lightweight material such as the laminated body of 9 is used, it contributes greatly to the weight reduction of the product and the adhesive 20 is applied to the circumferential groove 17.
Since the center contact member 12 is inserted without interposing, the adhesive does not adhere to the product surface and the product surface does not get dirty,
In addition, the work of inserting the peripheral edge 12a of the center contact member 12 proceeds smoothly, the work efficiency is significantly improved, and since the adhesive is not used, the groove width of the peripheral groove 17 can be set to be extremely small, and the peripheral groove 17 can be set as in the conventional case. A cushioning material such as urethane foam is used to fill the gap of the groove 17, and
It is possible to effectively solve the conventional inconvenience that it was difficult to obtain the shape.

Further, if the slide bar 65 arranged on the outer periphery of the pressure-bonding upper die 64 slides downward to push the peripheral end portion 12a of the inner contact member 12 into the circumferential groove 17, the inner contact member 12
Due to the rigidity of the backing layer 19, the tip of the peripheral edge of the intermediate contact member 12 is pressed against the inner wall surface 17b of the circumferential groove 17,
The peripheral edge portion 12a of the center contact member 12 is firmly held, and the problem of coming off the peripheral groove 17 can be reliably prevented.

As described above, according to the present invention, in the peripheral edge treatment of the intermediate contact member 12, the rigidity of the backing layer 19 is used to repel the peripheral edge end portion 12 a to the peripheral groove 1 by the repulsive force of the intermediate contact member 12.
Since the inner wall surface 17b in 7 is crimped,
The invention has a high practical value such that the peripheral end portion of the intermediate contact member can be reliably fixed with a simple operation and the appearance design is extremely excellent.
