整することによって、引張部材の引張ばね弾力をスケー
ル回転軸の回転位置にかかわりなく押圧機構部材を介し
て相殺することができ、スケールの回転を阻止しない状
態にすることができるから、引張部材の引張ばね弾力を
弱めたり除去することなく、直ちに本発明のスケールバ
