The present invention relates to a patrone type light-shielding container that can be pulled out from an exit slot provided.

In order to prevent the light-sensitive material in the container from being exposed, it is shielded from external light. However, a so-called "bright room loadable" container is provided with a light-shielding means that prevents external light from entering the photosensitive material inside the container even when the container is not placed in an exposure apparatus. In particular, the portion of the exit slot is required to facilitate the passage of the light-sensitive material and to be completely light-shielding.

In the case of a container that does, various measures are required. That is, (1) the pull-out load of the wide width photosensitive material is made substantially uniform and light in the width direction. (2) The long roll-shaped photosensitive material wound around the core has a large difference between the initial maximum outer diameter and the outer diameter when the remaining amount is small and the remaining amount is low, and the insertion angle from the roll outer diameter to the exit slot is large. Changes greatly, but it is always necessary to have a substantially constant withdrawal load and light blocking effect.

It is not possible to obtain a light blocking effect. In order to obtain a light shielding property by this method, it is necessary to narrow the gap between the outlet slots and strengthen the pressure contact of the telem. This increases the tensile load required to pull out the photosensitive material from the container. Therefore, the photosensitive surface of the photosensitive material is damaged or cracked.

As disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 80, there is a method of maintaining the light-shielding property by providing an obstacle in the middle of the exit slit, but in this case, the light-shielding property cannot be maintained unless the obstacle is provided sufficiently large. However, this causes a significant increase in the withdrawal load, resulting in defects that the photosensitive material is stretched and torn, the photosensitive material becomes defective in plane, and the photosensitive surface is damaged.

There is a leader paper leading system in which the sheet is passed through the exit slot and directly loaded into the feeding section of the exposure apparatus, and then the lid of the feeding section is closed to shield light. However, according to this method, it is impossible to take out the photosensitive material from the feeding section halfway after the leader paper has been taken out.

As the photosensitive material is pulled out to an external exposure device and the outer diameter of the roll becomes smaller, the bending angle of the photosensitive material at the tip of the movable light-shielding wall 15 becomes smaller in the past, and the photosensitive material is bent at a steeper angle to pull out the load. Although a problem such as increase has occurred, by providing the movable light-shielding wall 15 of the present invention, the movable light-shielding wall 15 swings upward with the bent portion 16 as a node by the pulling load on the exposure apparatus side,
A position that balances the elastic restoring force in the bent portion 16 is held. The movable light-shielding wall 15 until the roll reaches the minimum diameter
Is pressed against the photosensitive material and stretched.

Even in this case, the movable light shielding wall 15 can be elastically swung with the bent portion 16 as a node, and responds to the winding diameter of the photosensitive material. With such a structure, it is possible to prevent outside light from linearly entering the light-shielding container from the exit slot, and reduce the drawing load of the photosensitive material. That is, in the conventional fixed-type outlet slot, the slot gap is fixed to 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm for light shielding, but it is possible to widen the slot gap to 4 mm by the action of the movable light shielding wall according to the present invention. This makes it possible to maintain the light-shielding property and reduce the drawing load of the photosensitive material. According to the experimental example, the light blocking property is 10,000 Lu
No fogging occurred on the light-sensitive material in the container upon irradiation for 30 minutes. Further, the pull-out load was 3.4 g / mm in the case of the light-shielding container according to the present invention, and could be reduced to about 1/2 of 6.1 g / mm in the case where it was not carried out.

Further, even when the device is repaired or replaced with a different photosensitive material, even if the light-shielding container containing the photosensitive material in use is taken out of the device, the photosensitive material in the container is not fogged.

It never happens. Further, the load resistance when the photosensitive material is pulled out from the container and driven and conveyed to the exposure apparatus is extremely small, and a stable conveying force can be maintained. At this time, the photosensitive material is not scratched or deformed. Further, the light-shielding container has an advantage that it has a simple structure, has a small number of parts, and can be manufactured at a low price.
