側オペレータに不安感を与えるといった不都合を生じて

呼側でモニターを行っていても発呼側オペレータに不安
感を抱かすことがない。さらには、前記所定時間を経過
するまでは音声を送出しない構成であるため、CNG信
号を確実に検出することが可能となるとともに、発呼側
