DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a fish feed. In recent years, aquaculture of sea bream, sea bream, flounder, horse mackerel, tiger puffer, coho salmon, etc. has become popular, but as a food for these fish,
The ones used are thawed frozen fish such as sardines, mackerel, sago, lionfish, krill, etc. in the open air, seawater, etc., and fed with minced or chopped raw food. As a result, the quality of raw bait deteriorates during thawing, and thaw sap during thawing and residual food after pouring cause contamination of the fish field, which in turn causes red tide, leading to frequent disease and survival. It is a big problem as the decline in the rate of growth and the growth rate.

Against these current circumstances, in the fish feed, in the frozen state, crushed to an appropriate size, after mixing this with a powder feed containing fish meal, vitamins, minerals, etc., so-called mash, BACKGROUND ART Fish feeds that are formed into arbitrary shapes (generally pellets) are known. In addition, there is also known a feed for fish farming comprising an alginate, a calcium salt, guar gum and the like as a binder.

Furthermore, a binder composed of alginate, guar gum and carboxymethyl cellulose salt has also been proposed.

The feed for fish farming with these binders has a basic mixture of granulated ones (generally called moist pellets) with a mixing ratio of raw feed (frozen fish, minced frozen fish) 1 / mash 1. There is.

However, recently, due to the economical efficiency and the palatability of cultured fish, it has been required to mix 2 to 4 raw mash / 1 mash.

As long as it is produced by the above-mentioned binder, the formed pellets stick to each other or sticky to each other, which makes it difficult to commercialize them. That is, a large amount of raw feed compound leads to an increase in the water content of so-called moist pellets, and the binder is required to have water retention (water absorption).

However, alginate and guar gum do not have sufficient water retention, and the amount used must be increased to satisfy this.

If the amount of the binder added is increased, tackiness causes stickiness. This is not economical, not to mention performance.

On the other hand, although some carboxymethyl cellulose salts satisfy the water retention property, the pellets granulated due to the stickiness of the carboxymethyl cellulose salt appear sticky and the pellets stick to each other to form a dumpling.

The present inventor has earnestly studied to obtain a feed for fish farming having water retention and less stickiness. As a result, a 1% aqueous solution containing a carboxymethyl cellulose salt having a viscosity of 9000 cps or more and an etherification degree of less than 0.6 is contained. By using a binder, it is possible to obtain an excellent feed for fish farming consisting of raw bait and mash, and with raw bait 2-4 / mash 1 (weight ratio), a moist pellet with less stickiness can be obtained. They have found the present invention and reached the present invention. That is, the present invention has a degree of etherification of less than 0.6, a 1% aqueous solution and a viscosity of 9000.
The present invention provides a feed for fish farming, which comprises a carboxymethyl cellulose salt of cps or more and a blending ratio (weight ratio) of 2 to 4 raw mash / 1 mash.
The degree of etherification indicates how many carboxymethyl groups in one glucose unit of cellulose substitute the hydroxyl groups of glucose with an ether bond.

It has been recognized that it is preferable to increase the degree of polymerization, that is, to increase the viscosity in order to impart water absorption to the carboxymethyl cellulose salt. Further, a large degree of etherification means that there are many polar groups, and thus the caking properties (adhesiveness and bonding property) required for the binder property can be obtained. However, the adhesiveness causes stickiness of the moist pellets, the pellets stick to each other, and become lumpy, which is not preferable.

However, it has been found that the stickiness of the above defects is sufficiently eliminated by setting the degree of etherification to less than 0.6.
Further, the binding property can be satisfied by increasing the viscosity, that is, by setting the viscosity to 1% aqueous solution and the viscosity to 9000 cps or more, and the object of the present invention can be achieved.

On the other hand, the frozen sardine is minced with a crusher or an iron hammer and crushed with a chopper to obtain a minced raw bait of the frozen sardine. Then, 30 parts by weight of the above mash was thoroughly mixed with 70 parts by weight of the obtained minced raw bait with a mixer or the like, and then this was granulated with a granulator into moist pellets. Table 1 shows the appearance and physical properties of mossite pellets.
