Cheap. Therefore, operate a large number of jacks at the same time, paying close attention to avoid excessive bending of the paving slab, continuously measuring, and gradually lifting the paving slab from one end to the other. I have to. Therefore, it is necessary to embed many jack fittings in the pavement in advance.
A large number of jacks and personnel to operate them at the same time were required for restoration, and strict construction management and height measurement from the beginning to the end were required.

(1) between the concrete pavement and the ground, a flat bag is laid in advance, the injection port to the bag is communicated with the upper surface of the pavement plate, and when the pavement plate sinks, the bag is injected from the injection port. Fluid and grout were press-fitted into the pavement, the sinking part of the pavement was lifted from the ground to the restoration height, and it was press-fitted into the bag. If it was a fluid, replace it with grout, and the entire bottom surface of the sinking part. It is characterized by supporting the grout and solidifying the grout.

At the position that hits, the flat pouch for lifting the pavement plate end is laid on the pavement plate, between the ground, or the lifting jack mounting part is provided on the pavement plate side, and when the pavement plate sinks, Fluid or grout is injected into the flat bag from the injection hole, or a jack is attached to the lifting jack attaching portion, one end of the paving slab is lifted from the ground, and compressed air is added to the frame-shaped bag. As a peripheral leak-proof material for the gap between the pavement and the ground to be lifted, the grout is sequentially pressed into the pavement from the through holes provided at each position of the pavement and from one end to the other end of the gap between the pavement and the ground. And finally lift the entire paving slab to the restoration position and It solidified and was then pressed into the inner bag when a fluid is characterized in that the solidifying interchanged this grout.

Since a concrete paving slab is laid on top of it and the inlet to the bag is open to the top surface of the paving slab, if the fluid or grout is pressed into the bag from the inlet when the roadbed is submerged, the paving slab will easily be on the roadbed. Lifts from. The pavement slab is light in weight for its area, so it can be easily lifted by applying wide pressure to the lower surface.

Good. This requires a relatively small pump facility. It is also convenient to repair the pavement plate one by one from the edge, and when only a part of the pavement plate sinks, the grout can be sent only to the flat bag of that part.

However, if you are skilled in the work, you can press grout from the beginning, lift the pavement and inject grout all at once.

Since a huge pump facility is required to lift the vast concrete paving slab at the same time, a method of sequentially lifting the slab from one end to the other is adopted.

An uplifting means to lift one end was added. As a means of raising, either a small flat bag is laid or a conventional jack is used.

Then, if the grout is directly pressed into the gap, it is easy to lift one end of the pavement plate to the restoration height by the pushing force obtained by multiplying the expanded area of the upper surface of the grout by the grout pressure. Then, grouts are successively injected into the through holes on the other end side, and the heights are sequentially repaired. Finally, the entire paving slab is repaired to solidify the grout.

And an injection pipe 3 embedded in the plate for communicating the injection port 2 with the upper surface of the paving slab and an injection block 4 vertically supporting the injection pipe 3. The injection block 4 is a paving plate C.
When is molded with concrete, the injection pipe 3 is fixed so as to be vertically supported in the plate. The upper end of the injection pipe 3 stands in the opening chamber 4a of the block 4, and the lid provided on the surface of the paving slab covers the upper surface of the opening chamber 4a until ground subsidence occurs. In the figure, with the lid removed, the upper end of the injection pipe 3 can be connected with either a fluid (air, water, etc.) hose or a grout hose. When fluid or grout is pressed into the bag 1 from the hose, the bag 1 bulges like a chain line 1'and lifts the pavement C from the ground E.

Or, in a section of concrete paving slab, divide multiple pieces in the longitudinal direction and lay out a plurality of small rectangular bags side by side. After pouring grout into the bag to solidify and support the concrete slab, remove the press-fitted fluid and inject the grout to restore the entire surface, or lay multiple flat bags each with an injection port, The injection port is passed through the bag on the upper side and communicated with the upper surface of the paving slab to enable several times of subsidence repair, or (1) to (4) of this invention.
It is not difficult to consider such as an application method in which is properly combined.

By directly filling the grout with a bag of a comparatively small area, a method of supporting the entire lower surface of the pavement plate with the grout was shown, and it was shown that the fluid in the bag can be replaced with the grout.

Since it is not necessary to lay a square bag over the entire area of the paving slab, the amount of work and the required materials are reduced to improve economic efficiency.

However, according to the present invention (4), there is a grout guide groove on one side of the bag, and since it does not collapse even if the bag is crushed, fluid or grout can easily enter the bag along the guide groove from the beginning. After that, the pavement slab is floated over the total area, so that the maximum value of pumping pressure can be low.

Therefore, the risk of cracking or damage to the pavement slab due to the lifting work is drastically reduced. In addition, the work of pushing up with one place, one place, and the jack is widely lifted all at once with the pump and hose, so the productivity improvement and the shortening of the construction period are great.
