び吸込口に連絡されている溶剤蒸気回収装置とを備えて
いるので、溶剤蒸気が大気中に漏洩してしまう形式、或
いは漏洩する虞れのある形式の溶剤蒸気洗浄装置に対し
て、溶剤蒸気の液化が適確で高い効率のエアカーテンを
容易に形成でき、設置も簡便で溶剤蒸気の大気中への漏

溶剤を回収するようにした溶剤蒸気回収装置において、 前記吸込口に溶剤蒸気を含む気体を前記吐出口および溶
剤蒸気洗浄装置内から前記溶剤蒸気回収部内に向けて送
出するエアカーテン形成用の吸込ファンを配置するとと
もに、前記溶剤蒸気回収部内にノズルと冷却器とを設
け、該溶剤蒸気回収部の溶剤液貯留部の抜き出し口にポ
ンプ、冷却装置および前記ノズルに連絡する溶液循環路
が形成され、前記吸込ファンから送出される溶剤蒸気を
冷却して液化する構成としたことを特徴とする溶剤蒸気
回収装置。1.
