Description

[従来の技術] 従来、プラスチックフィルムから袋を製造する場合、プ
ラスチックフィルムを所定寸法に切断し、その切断面周
辺部をシールバーやシールロールを用いてシールする方
法が用いられていた。このような方法においては、プラ
スチックフィルムがシールバーやシールロールに接着す
るのを防ぐため、その最内層にヒートシール性樹脂を用
い、最外層にシールバーやシールロールに接着しない程
度の最内層樹脂より高い耐熱性を有する樹脂を用いた多
層構造からなるプラスチックフィルムが必要であった。
これに対し、長尺のプラスチックフィルムを用い、これ
を幅方向略中央から折り返して加熱刃で長手方向に所定
間隔離間して切断すると同時に溶融シールして形成され
る溶断シール袋は単一樹脂層から成るフィルムからでも
製造が可能どあり、しかも安価に製造できるという利点

剤2を予め塗布し、該略中央部から折り返して折り返し
線3を形成し、前記プラスチックフィルムの両側端を重
ね、図中矢印方向に移動するフィルム1を加熱刃6で間
欠的に切断して形成される。このとき、前記加熱刃6は
フィルム1の軟化点以上の温度に加熱されているので、
フィルム1はその切断と同時に両側で溶着され溶断シー
ル部4が形成される。また、溶断シール部4の折り返し
線付近5は、ヒートシール剤2が塗布されているため加
熱刃6の切断により更に強固に溶着され、剥離及び孔開

ましく用いられる。このようなヒートシール剤はいずれ
も延伸プラスチックフィルムより低い温度で強固に接着
するものである。従って、折り返し線附近を更にローラ
等で押圧することなしに十分な接着力を得ることができ

側端は、加熱刃によって溶融シールされ実質的に幅のな
い溶断シール部4を形成している。そして該溶断シール
部4の底部附近には予めヒートシール剤が塗布されてい
るため、溶断シールの際、特に強固に接着されてヒート
