There is. Further, it is not possible to prevent the infiltration of ethylene from the outside.

At the same time, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging box that can suppress the breathing action and keep the freshness of fruits and vegetables extremely effectively.

Gas equilibrium occurs inside and outside the packaging box. A preferable equilibrium concentration capable of suppressing the respiratory action is oxygen 3 to 12% and carbon dioxide gas 3 to 12%. When the equilibrium concentration is adjusted by appropriately controlling the permeability of the synthetic resin within the above range, respiration Since the action is suppressed, metabolic function is lowered and freshness is maintained.

Ethylene is adsorbed quickly and efficiently, and the ethylene is almost completely removed together with the above-mentioned decrease in the generation of ethylene due to the decrease in metabolic function, so that the freshness-retaining effect is synergistically enhanced.

It is in the range of 000 to 110,000. If both are lower than the lower limit, changes in gas concentration in the packaging box due to the breathing action of fruits and vegetables and gas exchange with the outside air are not performed in a short time, oxygen deficiency and carbon dioxide excess occur, and Since it becomes difficult to bring the atmosphere close to the optimum conditions, the preservation effect cannot be improved. On the other hand, when the amount exceeds the upper limit, the flow of gas is too large to keep the gas concentration in equilibrium.

Further, ordinary activated carbon or the like may be mixed with these. Such ethylene adsorbent as the binder for the coating line, such as styrene butadiene rubber, ethylene - vinyl acetate copolymer is preferably an acrylic resin, the coating amount is 1g / m 2 ~100g / m 2 about is there. In short, the coating should be carried out so that the complete adsorption amount of ethylene is 1000 µl / m 2 or more. Here, the complete adsorption amount refers to the adsorption amount when the equilibrium concentration is zero in the ethylene adsorption isotherm. The reason why the adsorption amount is 1000 μl / m 2 or more is that the storage period in a cardboard box is several days. This is because when it is added, the amount of adsorbed ethylene is sufficient.

Since the packaging box is made of a web that has a coating film that can adsorb ethylene over a certain amount on the back liner, there is no need to put in an ethylene adsorbent, and the atmosphere inside the packaging box changed due to the breathing action of fruits and vegetables. Gas exchange with the outside air is performed through the synthetic resin layer, and it is possible to reduce the breathing action to a gas concentration, which can reduce metabolic function and ethylene production. The amount of the agent used can be reduced, and the combination of the suppression of metabolism and the removal of generated ethylene can prevent aging of fruits and vegetables and maintain good freshness.
