(Prior art) Dental materials such as floor resins, artificial teeth, molding restorative materials, resin restorative agents, inlay restorative agents, etc. are used for a long period of time in the oral cavity, and various bacteria, especially Candida, propagate on them. However, it is known to cause bad breath and stomatitis.
The use of antibacterial agents has been considered to prevent the growth of bacteria, but most of the antibacterial agents are organic substances, so they have poor heat resistance. There are few things that can be safely kneaded and molded and used as oral meat for a long time. For this reason, eugenol, creosote, paraform, thymol, etc. are used as preservatives in cement as a molding restorative material. Therefore, the development of a dental material composition containing a safe antibacterial substance having a long-term antibacterial activity, particularly an antibacterial activity against Candida, is an important issue in oral hygiene for suppressing the occurrence of bad breath and stomatitis. It is a well known fact that metals such as silver, copper and zinc and salts thereof have strong antibacterial activity, and the metal is processed into a wire mesh or a special molded product and directly used, or an aqueous solution of those salts is used as it is. Use, or weave or adsorb metal or its salt into fiber, synthetic resin, membrane forming polymer solution or emulsion,
Many methods have been proposed to prevent the propagation of various bacteria by coating or dispersing and mixing them into an intended product. However, the use of metals or their salts is limited by their physical properties. For example, since these metals or salts have a large specific gravity, even if they are dispersed in an emulsion or a film-forming polymer solution, it is difficult to settle in them and mix uniformly, and in some cases, the polymer solution or Affects the properties of organic materials. Although it is convenient to use the metal salt as an aqueous solution, homogeneous mixing with an organic substance is difficult. For this reason, metals and salts thereof have not been used so much while having strong antibacterial activity.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention provides a metal-containing inorganic compound containing ions of metals such as silver, copper and zinc, which have an antibacterial activity against long-term bacteria, particularly Gandida bacteria, for the control of halitosis and stomatitis. An object of the present invention is to provide a safe dental material composition containing an antibacterial agent, that is, a floor resin, a composite, a dental cement, a root canal filler, a gutta-perture point, a pulp capping root-filling agent, an artificial tooth, and the like. I am trying. In addition, these metal-containing inorganic compound antibacterial agents have strong antibacterial activity against bacteria in the mouth (anaerobic bacteria, streptococci, staphylococci) that cause dental caries, so dental materials containing them will not cause tooth decay. It can be prevented and is also effective in preventing tooth decay. Therefore, another object of the present invention is to provide a dental material composition for suppressing the occurrence of caries.

(Means and Actions for Solving the Problems) It is a known fact that metals such as silver, copper and zinc and salts thereof have antibacterial properties. In the present invention, these substances are
Based on having a strong antibacterial action against Candida which is one of the causes of bad breath and stomatitis, by using the ions of these metals in an inorganic substance, the metal and its salts It was made by recognizing that the limitation on the purpose of use can be eliminated depending on the property and that the dental material composition can be dispersed in an arbitrary ratio and safely used. An aqueous solution of a metal salt such as silver, copper and zinc is used as a porous inorganic substance, for example, zeolite, fluorite group, gyorekite,
By treating with molecular sieves, palm chits, hydroxyapatite, montmorillonite, activated carbon, acid clay, activated alumina, silica gel, diatomaceous earth, etc., and adsorbing or carrying metal ions on these inorganic substances, the antibacterial properties of these metals are improved. We have found that it is possible to easily obtain a substance that is uniformly dispersed in any inorganic or organic substance without any inhibition. Zeolites, especially as inorganic substances,
When fluorite group, molecular sieve, palm chit, hydroxyapatite, and kairyokeki are used, their inorganic substances have an ion-exchange ability, so that the exchange of ions with these metals occurs and the metal salt is firmly retained and the metal salt is retained. It is difficult to adsorb the anions of. Therefore, it is less susceptible to the influence of anions. Therefore, it is preferable to use these inorganic ion exchangers as the inorganic substance because the safety is higher and the antibacterial effect is maintained for a longer period of time. Adsorption or ion exchange of metal salts to these inorganic substances can be easily carried out by a conventional method, and the amount of supported metal ions depends on the types of inorganic substances and metal salts used, the concentration of metal salt aqueous solution used, It can be arbitrarily selected depending on the treatment temperature and time, and the supported metal ion can be easily determined by a conventional analysis.

When the metal-containing inorganic compound antibacterial agent carrying the metal salt thus obtained is dried and finely pulverized and mixed with an inorganic or organic dental material composition, an emulsion or an organic solution like the metal or the metal salt itself is obtained. Even if it is dispersed therein, it is possible to obtain a uniformly dispersed material without separation, and the antibacterial activity does not change even by heat molding. Dispersion of the metal inorganic compound antibacterial agent in the dental material composition is desired to be as fine as possible, preferably 5 to 80 μm, preferably 30 μm.
Finely grind around μ and add. The amount added is not particularly limited, but excessive addition to the organic dental material affects the physical properties of the molded article and should be avoided. Generally, in view of its antibacterial activity, it is generally 10% or less, preferably 0%. .
An addition amount of about 5 to 6% is sufficient.

The thus obtained dental material composition containing a metal-containing inorganic compound antibacterial agent has each component uniformly dispersed, and the antibacterial property does not change even when heated, and particularly the antibacterial property against caries and candida is prolonged. In addition to holding for a period, it can be molded by the same method as the conventional one, and the obtained molded product has no functional change compared to the conventional molded product.
