って厚みを測定しこの厚み変化を配合量やアジテーター
の調整によって前工程の厚みのコントロールをするよう

ドバックすることにより均一な厚みの建築用生板を生産

クス4の真空度の調整にフィードバックするようにして

することによって厚み調整をするようにしているから従
来の方法とは異なり板の巾方向の厚みバラツキをきめ細
く測定することができ、この測定バラツキをサクション
ボックスの真空度でもって調整され均一な厚みの建築用
板を生産することができる。又、配合量やアジテータの
調整が不要なものである。又硬化後の建築用板の厚みを
測定し、この厚みをフィードバックするようにした方法
ではないのでフィードバックのスピードが早く不良率の

ーにて検知し、この検知した巾方向の厚みを抄造機上又
は抄造機出口に設けられた巾方向に分割されたサクショ
ンボックスの真空度の調整にフィードバックすることに
よって厚み調整することを特徴とする建築用生板の厚み
調整方法。1.
