It is a method of moving and then fixing the entire floor assembly to the catwalk rope.
In this method, where the rope is steep near the top of the tower, the floor set can be slid by its own weight, but the rope becomes less steep toward the center of the span, making it difficult to slide. And the winch rope is used to forcefully slide the entire floor frame to move it. However, in this method, the floor assembly is sequentially added and the entire floor assembly is slid along the catwalk rope, so as the construction progresses, the overall length of the floor assembly gradually becomes longer, and the catwalk rope and The friction resistance with the floor structure gradually increases, and in the case of a very long suspension bridge with a long span,
Even if a holing rope or winch rope is used, the entire floor assembly cannot be slid, and even if it slides, the floor assembly is damaged and the catwalk rope is damaged by friction. Therefore, the sliding method has a span length of at most 10
It can be implemented with a suspension bridge up to about 00 m, but the span is 20
It cannot be carried out on a super long suspension bridge of 00m class.

常に長くなるという問題がある。The trolley construction method is, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-10383 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-2283, in which a catwalk rope is used to movably support a material transporting trolley, and the trolley at the top of the tower has floor structuring materials. There is a method of assembling the floor assembly by carrying the equipment and transporting it to the work site and lowering the floor assembly material from the cart at the work location onto the catwalk rope. According to this construction method, it can be carried out even if the span is long, but a large dolly is required to mount the floor assembly material on the dolly, and extra labor is required for assembling, adjusting and removing the large dolly. Also, the number of days is required. In addition, even if the bogie is made large, there is a limit to the loading capacity of each bogie, so if the span becomes long, the bogie must be reciprocated between the top of the tower and the work place many times. In addition, the number of times the floor construction materials are loaded onto and unloaded from the dolly increases, and the running time of the dolly and the loading and unloading of the floor assembly materials occupies most of the working time per day. There is a problem that the actual work time per day is reduced, the work efficiency is poor, and the construction period becomes very long.

工法を提供することを目的としている。(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and improves the workability at the time of erection of a catwalk floor assembly, and eliminates the need for loading a floor assembly constituent material on a carriage. The trolley can be made smaller, and the labor and days for assembling, adjusting, and removing the trolley can be saved, the traveling time of the trolley can be shortened, and even a super-long suspension bridge can be efficiently implemented, resulting in a significant reduction in construction period. The purpose is to provide a possible catwalk floor construction method.

The catwalk floor assembly is installed.

節減され、工期が大幅に短縮される。According to this method, the unit floor set with a predetermined unit length is assembled near the top of the tower where the slope is the most slippery, so the unit floor set can be assembled while sliding by its own weight. Even if there is a unit length, that is, the span is divided into multiple units, it slides along the catwalk rope to the specified erection position, so sliding resistance is small, and the unit floor set is smooth to the erected position. And the unit floor sets are sequentially connected, so that the entire catwalk floor set can be efficiently assembled. Moreover, it is not necessary to load materials such as floor assembly materials on the dolly, and only a worker for fixing the above unit floor assembly to the catwalk rope needs to be loaded, so labor for loading and unloading materials In addition, time can be saved, the size of the truck can be reduced, and the labor and time required for assembling, adjusting, and removing the truck can be saved, and the construction period can be significantly shortened.

From the catwalk rope 2 and its tip is connected to the cross bridge 5a, and while successively sliding these along the rope 2 toward the central part between the tower tops, the roll-like floor assembly 60 is sequentially developed. Then, the horizontal beam members 64 and the like are sequentially mounted on the floor assembly 60. In this case, the cross beam member 64 is loosely attached to the floor assembly 60 and the catwalk rope 2 via the mounting bolts 68 and the mounting plate 69 so that the floor assembly 60 can easily slide on the catwalk rope 2. The mounting bolt 68 and the mounting plate 69 are temporarily fixed so that they serve as a guide for sliding. Further, the hand rope support 65, the hand rope 66, the side face synthetic fiber net 67 and the like are temporarily fixed to the cross beam member 64 in a lying state. As a result, the unit floor set 6a having a predetermined unit length 1 is assembled.

The worker 10 can freely come and go from above to the unit floor set 6a and the like, and the workability can be greatly improved. Also, since the catwalk rope 2 is steeply inclined near the top of the tower and the unit floor sets 6a and the like are slippery, the above-mentioned assembly and connection work is performed while sequentially sliding the unit floor sets 6a and the like only by their own weight. Can be done efficiently.

As shown in FIG. 3 (b), the cross rope 5a, the unit floor set 6a, and the worker truck are connected to the rear end of the truck 7 and the worker 10 is mounted on the truck 7. The three members of No. 7 are integrally moved to a predetermined erection position along the catwalk rope 2 through the tow rope 3 and the spare rope 4 toward the center of the span. At this time, the slope of the catwalk rope 2 is steep from the top of the tower to the vicinity of the 1/4 point of the span, so that the above three parties 5a, 6a, 7 can be moved by their own weight even if the pulling force is not applied by the pulling rope 3. It can be slid smoothly toward the central part. After that, as the center of the span is reached after the ¼ point of the span, the slope of the catwalk rope 2 becomes gentle and becomes difficult to slide, but in such a case, the drive winches 32, 3

トウォーク床組6を組立てるのである。The same operation as above is performed from the other main tower 1b. However, in this case, the cross bridge is omitted only at the beginning, and the unit floor set 6a and the worker truck 7 are moved to the center of the span from the top of the main tower 2 and the tip of the unit floor set 6a is moved to the center of the span. In the middle part, the bridge is connected to the cross bridge 5a sent from the top of the main tower 1a, and thereafter, the same steps as above are repeated. As a result, from the tops of both towers toward the center of the span, the cross bridges 5a, 5b ...
are sequentially fed, and they are connected so as to be successively added from the center of the span toward both tower tops to assemble the catwalk floor set 6 having a predetermined shape.

Although the a and the unit floor set 6a are connected, and these three members are moved to the center of the span in the state where the worker truck 7 is connected to the rear end thereof, the cross bridge 5a and the unit floor set 6a are alternately worked. You may make it move to the center of a span with the member truck 7, and connect the cross bridge 5a and the unit floor set 6a one by one in the center of a span. Further, the cross bridges 5a and 5b may be omitted.

Can be assembled efficiently. Further, although it is a construction method using a dolly, it is not necessary to load materials such as floor set constituent materials on the dolly, and only a worker for fixing the above unit floor set to the catwalk rope is required. In addition to saving labor and time for loading and unloading materials, it is possible to downsize the trolley,
Labor and time for assembling, adjusting, and removing the trolley can be saved, and the construction period can be significantly shortened.
