In such a synthetic resin molded article, since the lower opaque resin layer can be seen through the transparent resin layer on the outer surface, decorativeness of a color tone that gives a deep transparency can be obtained.

It has been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-37492). However, in the case of such potting molding, since the urethane resin layer on the outer surface side is formed on the lower opaque resin layer by surface tension, a sharp edge is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the lower opaque resin layer. Without it, the urethane resin layer will flow. Therefore, in the finished product, the upper transparent urethane resin layer cannot cover the outer peripheral side surface of the lower layer and is exposed. Therefore, this may cause yellowing of the exposed portion or separation of the upper layer and the lower layer.
Further, since the urethane resin layer is formed by the surface tension, there is a problem that the thickness of the urethane resin layer is limited.

ため、装飾性を害するなどの問題点があった。As another example, a synthetic resin molded product in which an engaging portion is formed on a side surface of a flat plate-shaped opaque resin layer and is engaged with an engaging portion formed under a transparent resin lens to cover the outer surface side of the engaging portion to be laminated. Has been proposed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-32586). However, in this synthetic resin molded product, the lens on the outer surface side is engaged and fixed to the engaging portion of the opaque resin layer by elastic deformation of the lip as the engaging portion, and the transparent lens and the lower opaque resin layer are fixed. Since they are laminated by mechanical bonding, they are easily separated from each other, and water vapor, dust, and the like easily enter between them, and the lower opaque resin layer cannot be clearly seen through the upper lens. Also, since the outer periphery of the opaque resin layer is smaller than the outer periphery of the lens by the thickness of the lip, when the lower opaque resin layer is seen through the lens from the outer surface side, the outer peripheral edge of the opaque resin layer is a line. As a result, it is seen inside the outer peripheral edge of the lens, which causes a problem that the decorativeness is impaired.

およびその製造方法を提案することである。It is an object of the present invention to obtain a molded product having a color tone that provides a deep transparency by covering the front outer surface side of an opaque resin layer with a transparent resin layer, and further, a transparent resin layer on the outer surface side and a lower opaque resin layer. Water vapor, dust, etc. do not enter between the two, and when the opaque resin layer is viewed through the transparent resin layer, the lower opaque resin layer can be seen even at the outer peripheral edge of the transparent resin layer. It is an object to propose a synthetic resin molded product that can obtain excellent decorativeness and a method for producing the same.

Heating a small area of the resin along. By the high frequency dielectric heating, the resin in the vicinity of the cut portion 18 of the laminated material 11 is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than room temperature evenly on the outer surface portion 11a and the inner portion 11b, but since the outer surface portion 11a is cooled by air at room temperature, It becomes lower than 11b. Therefore, when the inner surface 11b is heated to such an extent that it softens, the outer surface portion 11a becomes harder than the inner surface 11b. 20 is a heating part, and the density of each point shows the high temperature.

Since a has a high hardness, as shown in FIG. 7, it is pushed by the cutting blade 14 so as to be stretched as it is without being cut or broken, and the resin in the inside 11b moves to the peripheral portion. At this time, since the tapered surface 16 is formed on the cutting portion 14 side of the cutting blade 14, the resin is extruded along the tapered surface 16. A part of the resin in the inside 11b easily moves to the non-cutting portion 21 side to form a bulge, but the bulge is prevented by applying tension to the laminated material 11.

While maintaining the appearance, it is transformed into a curved surface,
In the state where 6a is formed, it is cut between the cutting blade 14 and the lower electrode 13, and the synthetic resin molded product 2 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is manufactured.

Therefore, the synthetic resin molded product 2 having an excellent appearance can be obtained only by cutting and can be used as it is.

It is fused to the outer surface of the opaque resin layer and is tapered at the outer peripheral edge so that the tip of the opaque resin layer and the transparent resin layer are formed at substantially the same position. By covering the outer surface side with a transparent resin layer, a deep transparent color tone can be obtained. Then, water vapor, dust, etc. do not enter between the transparent resin layer on the outer surface side and the opaque resin layer below, and when the opaque resin layer is seen through the transparent resin layer, even at the outer peripheral edge of the transparent resin layer. , The lower opaque resin layer can be seen uniformly, and excellent decorativeness can be obtained.

Cutting the laminated material by advancing the cutting blade from the outer surface side in a state where the hardness of the outer surface of the heated portion is higher than that of the inside,
Since the synthetic resin molded product is manufactured, the synthetic resin molded product with high decorativeness as described above can be efficiently manufactured only by cutting.
