[Effects of the Invention] The present invention is a support plate for a movable contact plate of a switch, which is punched and bent from a hoop-shaped sheet metal, supports the lower end of the movable contact plate and swings left and right, and is electrically connected. In, in the state of the hoop-shaped sheet metal material, a highly conductive metal film is continuously formed at a position corresponding to a supporting portion that supports the lower end of the movable contact plate, and after the forming process, the support plate is made of the hoop-shaped sheet metal material. Since it is punched and bent,
Even if it is a small part and it is difficult to partially form a metal film by plating etc. after bending, a highly conductive metal film is formed in the hoop-shaped sheet metal state before bending, so temperature rise easily The conductivity of only the contact support area of the movable contact plate can be made good, resulting in no wasteful use of highly conductive metal, resulting in cost reduction, and further formation of highly conductive metal film. Later, when making a supporting plate by punching and bending from a hoop-shaped sheet metal material, a hole for inserting the foot of the movable contact plate is first punched in the above-mentioned supporting portion, and then for supporting the lower end of the movable contact plate by bending. Since the groove is formed in the supporting part, the hole is pierced in the state of a flat plate in the supporting part so that the hole can be pierced smoothly and the length of bending due to the existence of the hole is short and the groove can be bent smoothly. It can machining accurate support site crack.
