以下本発明の一実施例につき第1図乃至第6図を参照し
て説明するに、先ず第1図に於いて、1は脱水兼用洗濯
機全体の外箱であり、2はその上面部に設けた上板で、
この上板2には前部に操作パネル部3を形設し、一方、
後部には扁平箱部4を形設していて、その間の中間部に
洗濯物出入口5を形設すると共に該出入口5を開閉する
蓋6を枢設している。次に第2図に於いて、7は前記外
箱1の内部に配設した外槽、8は更に外槽7の内部に配
設した内槽で、この内槽8の上端開口縁部には例えば液
体封入形のバランスリング9を取着し、一方、外槽7の
上端開口縁部にはカバーリング10を取着している。而し
て11は前記上板2の扁平箱部4の開放した下面部を塞い
だ遮蔽板で、これにはその隆起部12に孔13を形設すると
共に該孔13の周囲部から支持片14を突設し、この支持片
14に、孔13を通した検出レバー15の軸部16を支持せしめ
て、該検出レバー15をその軸部16を中心として外・内方
向に揺動し得る様に設けている。さて、ここで検出レバ
ー15は詳細には第3図及び第4図に示す様に、逆L字状
を成す例えばプラスチツク製の上レバー15aと、直状を
成す例えば金属製の下レバー15bとの二部材から成るも
ので、その二部材を上レバー15aの下端部に横向きに突
設した軸部17と下レバー15bの上端部に同じく横向きに
穿設した孔部18との嵌合により先の揺動方向(外・内方
向)に回動可能に連結している。19は上レバー15aから
延設したばね片で、く字形を成し、その頂部にて下レバ
ー15bを外方から弾性的に押圧し上レバー15aに添わせて
弾性変形部としてのばね作用部20を構成している。尚、
前記軸部16は上レバー15aに突設しており、又、該上レ
バー15aには先端部の中程にばね座部21を突設してい
て、これと前記遮蔽板11の隆起部12に突設したばね座突
起22との間に圧縮コイルばね23を介設し、以て検出レバ
ー15全体をその下レバー15bが前記外槽7に臨む状態に
保持する構造としている。そして以上に加え24は第5図
に示す様に上記検出レバー15近くに配設した作動装置と
してのスイツチで、詳細には第6図に示す様に固定接片
25の基部とその上方に配置した第一の可動接片26の基部
及び下方に配置した第二の可動接片27の基部とを絶縁的
に埋設したスイツチベース28を前記遮蔽板11の隆起部12
上に、殊に第一の可動接片26の先端部が前記検出レバー
15の上レバー15a先端に下方から臨み、第二の可動接片2
7の先端部が前記蓋6の基部から後方に突設した突片29
に上方から臨む様に固定して成るものであり、蓋6を閉
鎖した状態では第二の可動接片27が上記突片29により押

振動検出スイツチとしてのオン状態を呈すものであり、
これに基づいて例えば脱水運転が中止され即ち内槽8の
回転が停止される。そして以上に対し、内槽8及び外槽
7の異常振動が予想するより大であつたとき、その外槽
7によつて揺動せられる検出レバー15にあつては第2図
に二点連鎖で示す如く上レバー15aが遮蔽板11の孔13周
縁部に設けたストツパ部30に衝止せられて以後下レバー
15bのみがばね片19を弾性変形させつつ回動するもの
で、換言すれば該下レバー15bが斬様に回動することに
よつて外槽7から受ける力を逃がしその力がスイツチ24
に作用することを避け得るものであり、斯くしてスイツ
チ24の破損を防止でき、又、検出レバー15自体の破損も

果を奏するが、然しこれに限られるものではなく、従つ
て該検出レバー15は第7図に示す様に例えばプラスチツ
クにて全部を一体に形成しその中間部に弾性変形部とし
ての屈曲部31を形成した検出レバー32に変えて実施する
様にしても良いもので、この様にしても該検出レバー32
は外槽7の予想するより大なる振動に遭遇したときその
弾性変形部としての屈曲部31から図中二点鎖線で示す如
く弾性変形するから前述同様の効果が得られるものであ
り、又、レバー自体としての製作性等も良くすることが

により槽の予想するより大なる振動に遭遇したときには
検出レバーが上記弾性変形部から弾性変形して逃げると
いうものであるから、前記スイツチなど作動装置の破損
並びに検出レバーの破損を防止できて永く良好な状態で
