が大きく、くり返し圧縮によって収縮してしまい連続気
泡が閉鎖され、クッション性と通気性が喪失され耐久性
に問題があった。

えば旭化成工業株式会社製のファイバーコイル3D(商
品名)等が使用される。このファイバーコイル3Dは、
たてよこ3重織組織で袋状に形成され、しかも芯布101
を構成するよこ糸101aのみを高圧ポリエチレンモノフィ
ラメント糸のような熱収縮糸で構成し、織製後熱処理す
ることによってこのよこ糸101aを熱収縮させて、芯布10
1を上下に位置する織布層102,103のポリ塩化ビニリデン
モノフィラメント糸で構成されたよこ糸102a,103aを、
コイル状に立体化し、織布層102,103と芯布101間に、よ
こ糸101a,102a,103aとたて糸101b,102b,103bとによって
たて方向に連続的に指向する中空部104,104を形成した
織布である。このように、合成樹脂モノフィラメント糸
がコイル状に立体化した織布は軽量で高反発弾性があ
り、中空部104を通してたて方向、織目を通してよこ上
下方向に通気性が良好である反面、柔軟性と圧縮性に難

泡体13としては、軟質ウレタンフォーム、ラテックス
フォーム、通常の連続気泡性の軟質ゴム発泡体等で構成
され、柔軟性と圧縮性が良好である反面圧縮永久歪が大
きく、くり返し圧縮によって収縮してしまい反発弾性が
喪失してしまう難点がある。この発明において、コイル
状中空織布11と連続気泡性の軟質発泡体13とコイル
