As shown in Figs. 3 and 4, the concave-convex portion 3 of the block-shaped block piece 31
A coupling member 32 such as a coupling pin or a coupling screw is engaged with and coupled to an engagement hole 31b formed in the side surface direction of 1a. Also,
The engagement between the band piece 31 and the case 33 is C as shown in Figs.
It was common to make the connection by engagement of the ring 34 and the connecting pin 35.

In this case, one watch uses 20 to 40 pieces, which is very expensive. In the conventional example shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the Muku-shaped block piece is made of stainless steel, titanium / titanium alloy, or the like, and the deformed wire obtained by cold casting, hot casting or drawing is shaped by milling or the like. It was formed and drilled one by one as a post-process. Similarly, for the case 33, after the casting process, the shape is formed by cutting, and finally the connecting pin 35 is drilled.
The hole 33b for inserting was drilled. The parts also required connecting members 32 or 34, 35 such as connecting pins and connecting screws between the band piece and the band piece and the case, which resulted in a large number of parts and a high cost.

ある。In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the related art, the present invention combines a method for fitting a decorative component such as a wrist watch with a new processing technology and a fitting structure to provide a separate member for fitting a component to another. It eliminates the need for a connecting member. The material of the muk block is squeezed into titanium-based metal and stainless-based metal, and the processing method is molding and sintering from both metal powders by metal injection molding, and the relative density is 94% or more. And the engaging parts such as uneven parts are formed on each other, and the engaging parts such as the uneven parts are brought into contact with each other to engage and connect the two, and the caulking fitting is performed. By deforming and engaging and connecting by shape memory effect fitting, connecting members such as connecting pins and connecting screws and drilling are not required for both fittings, and significant cost reduction can be realized. It is a thing.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a block block piece, which is made of a highly corrosion-resistant material, one of which is a titanium-based metal and the other of which is a stainless-based metal. Titanium is a pure titanium or titanium alloy (Ti-Ni, Ti-Al-V, Ti-V-Cr-Al, etc.) composition with a particle size of 15μ or less formed by metal injection molding and sintering, Relative density tested at 90-97%. In the case of stainless steel, SU, which has a particularly high corrosion resistance among austenate stainless steels
In the composition of S316L, SUS304, etc., C ≦ in terms of corrosion resistance and specularity.
It is preferable to set 0.06% and O ≦ 0.2%. Further, ferritic stainless steel such as precipitation hardening type of SUS444 series or Fe-Cr-Ni-Al series is also possible. The shape of the band piece 1 is uneven, and the connecting pin 1a is integrally formed with the band piece body 1 in the recess. On the convex portion of the band piece 1, an engaging portion 1b protruding downward from the back surface is formed integrally with the main body 1. In FIG. 2, a portion 3b is a cross-sectional shape of the hatched portion after assembling and caulking and fitting, and a two-dot chain line shape without hatching shows a shape before caulking in a molded shape after metal injection molding. In the band piece having this shape, the recess is formed by vertically dividing the mold at the central portion of the connecting bin 1a, and the convex portion is formed by sliding the slide core in both directions in the lateral direction and dividing at the central portion. After molding with this shape by metal injection molding, satin finish is applied by mirror polishing and honing by batch processing such as barrel polishing, and assembled as a completed state. In a state where the pieces of the pieces are assembled, as a band, 10 to 15 pieces are simultaneously pressed and engaged by caulking.

Although the relative density after sintering was 90 to 97%, the evaluation was carried out on a trial basis, but it is preferable that the relative density is 94% or more in terms of quality such as mirror appearance and corrosion resistance.
