However, when the backing member c is used, the rebar a has a pipe shape as described above. , a, when one of the reinforcing bars is fitted in advance, then the other reinforcing bar is attached to the backing member c.
In addition to the inconvenience of operation in which the backing member c is made of steel, the reinforcing bars a, a
After the welding of the joint is completed, the reinforcing bar and the backing member are welded to each other by welding, so that it becomes difficult to remove the both, and therefore the visual inspection of the joint becomes impossible.

There is a practical problem that copper consumption is large.

This enables the joint joint to be visually inspected directly for reliable inspection, and it can be provided at a lower cost than steel, copper, etc., and the backing member of the joint joint can prevent the large-diameter portion from remaining. In order to enable a bar arrangement in which the intervals between the reinforcing bars are equalized, the ones shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 have also been proposed.

In this case, the opening n between the free edges k ′, k ′ of the backing member a, a The diameter is larger than the diameter of the reinforcing bars a and a, so that even after the reinforcing bars a and a are assembled, the reinforcing bars a and a can be fitted from the outside to a required position, and the reinforcing bars a and a can be bound to the reinforcing bars a and a by a binding wire or the like not shown.

が、その目的である。<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> The present application has been studied in view of the above-described defects. Instead of forming the backing member by one member, first, a pair of ceramic half halves can be opened and closed. By attaching with a hinged member, even after the assembling of the reinforcing bar, it can be covered from the outside in an open state, and by closing this, it can be freely fitted into a required part of the reinforcing bar. By making the opening in the fitted state sufficiently small, not only the melt of the deposited metal does not drip, but also in the narrow opening of the backing member, there is a slight separation on one side in the longitudinal direction. By arranging the parts in series, it is possible to completely prevent the molten metal from dripping from the location, and especially in the case of vertical streaks, the external flow of the molten metal that tends to flow downward. Lose out,
The purpose is to prevent the conventional drooping phenomenon more effectively.

An end edge, is formed to have a required length in a circular arc cross section, and the hinge member is provided so as to straddle a pair of half halves, and the half halves have a cross section 3 of a character shape. From the open state, the inner edges collide with each other to form a narrow opening on one side in the longitudinal direction between the outer edges, and on the other side, a small cutout smaller than the narrow opening. An object of the present invention is to provide a backing member for a welded joint of a reinforcing bar, which is hinged so as to be rotatable up to a closed state of a formed horseshoe shape.

If you push the side of the assembled rebars to be joined from the side, and then make both halves closed by the hinged member, it will be in a state of being fitted on the rebars, at this time It has a horseshoe shape in cross section (a shape in which a small arcuate part of the entire circumference is cut off), and a relatively narrow (smaller than the diameter of the reinforcing bar) opening is formed between the outer edges of the half body. .

なる。Therefore, it is possible to weld the joint groove portion of the reinforcing bar by utilizing the narrow opening portion. At this time, if the width of both halves is set to be appropriately long, it is possible to prevent the deposited metal from dropping. Since the half-split body is made of ceramics, its appearance can be inspected by welding by crushing and removing it.

Even when it is used for the vertical streaks, the drooping can be effectively prevented.

A pair of ceramic half-divided bodies and a hinge member, the half-divided bodies having an inner peripheral curved surface, an outer peripheral curved surface and inner and outer end edges, and having an arc-shaped cross section. The hinged member is formed to have a size of a required length, and the hinge members are provided so as to straddle a pair of half-split bodies, and the half-split bodies are abutted against each other from the open state of the cross-section 3 in the shape of a letter. A narrow opening is formed on one side in the longitudinal direction between the outer edges, and a small cutout smaller than the narrow opening is formed on the other side. A backing member for a welded joint of a reinforcing bar, which is hinged so as to be freely movable.
