Moreover, the moisture in the soil penetrates through the concrete, causing a large amount of dew condensation under the floor. Further, vibrations such as an earthquake are directly transmitted to the pipe, which causes disadvantages such as disconnection of the connecting portion of the pipe, deformation of the cross-sectional shape of the pipe, and cutting of the pipe. Further, there is a drawback that when the water stored in the pipe expands, the pipe ruptures.

A concrete layer, pipe piping, and an earth concrete layer in which this pipe is embedded in concrete are laminated in this order to prevent the pipe from bursting with a sandwich structure of concrete layers, and to prevent condensation from adhering under the floor, a waterproof and moisture-proof layer is applied to the land. Forming on the surface, use concrete layer as heat storage layer.
It is possible to prevent heat radiation from the soil concrete layer to the underground. It proposes an underfloor space heating structure with such features.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing an embodiment of an underfloor space heating structure according to the present invention, where 1 is an underfloor space, 2 is the ground, 3 is a foundation, 3a moisture-proof sheet, 4 is a plastic foam layer, and 5 is a reinforcing base. A concrete layer, 6 is a pipe, 7 is an earth concrete layer, 8 is a heat insulating board, 9 is an outlet pipe, 10 is a heat insulating layer, and 11 is a heat source such as a boiler, a solar, or an electric heater.
To explain further, the underfloor space 1 is the area from the ground 2 to the floor indicated by the alternate long and short dash line, and is an area on the ground surrounded by the foundation 3. Further, the plastic foam layer 4 is a closed cell foaming structure having a compressive strength of polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, phenol foam or the like, having a thickness of 10 to 100 m.
It has m and a density of 30 to 100 kg / m 3 , and suppresses heat conduction from the soil concrete layer 7 to the ground 2 and the foundation 3. The reinforcement base concrete layer 5 prevents water from being stored in the pipe 6 and bursts when the water freezes by sandwiching it with the soil concrete layer 7 to facilitate the piping of the pipe 6. This is because The pipe 6 is, for example, a pipe as shown in FIG. 2, and has a structure in which the outlet pipe 9 is protected by a heat insulating layer 10 from the heat source 11 to the inlet and outlet on the reinforcing base concrete layer 5. is there. The soil concrete layer 7 is for embedding a pipe piped on the reinforced base concrete layer 5, and functions as a heat storage layer, a pipe reinforcing layer, a waterproof and moistureproof layer. Further, the heat insulating board 8 sandwiches the outer surface of the foundation 3, for example, the cloth foundation 3 as shown in FIG. 1, and the heat is conducted from the soil concrete layer 7 to the ground 2, especially the foundation 3 like the plastic foam layer 4. It suppresses the heat.

る。Next, a method of forming the underfloor space heating structure and its operation will be briefly described. First, the ground 2 is leveled to form a foundation 3 corresponding to a house or a structure (not shown), and a moisture-proof sheet 3a is laid. Next, the heat insulating board 8 and the plastic foam layer 4 are attached and laid on the both side surfaces of the base 3 and the root portion thereof with no space as shown in the drawing. Therefore, the reinforcing base concrete layer 5 is formed on the plastic foam layer 4, and the pipe 6 is piped on the hardened reinforcing base concrete layer 5 as shown in FIG. Derive to. The outer circumference of the outlet pipe 9 is covered with a heat insulating layer 10 so that the heat source 11
The heat loss from the is reduced. So, this pipe 6
The soil concrete layer 7 raw material is discharged onto the top and cured to form the soil concrete layer 7. Therefore, when cold air enters the underfloor in winter, the soil concrete layer 7 is heated by the heat from the heat source 11, and then the heat is conducted to the space under the floor and the floor. The heated air continues to rise from under the floor to the ceiling. The entire area including the underfloor space and floor is heated up to a certain set temperature. The heat medium supplied from the heat source 11 moves as shown in FIG.

It is also possible to uniformly heat the entire underfloor. In addition, sand, gravel, cobblestone, coal, rice husks, water, large stones, carbides, etc. are laid in the space under the floor from the ground 2 to the underfloor, and fir shells, carbide powder, etc. are all under the floor or depending on the purpose. It can also be filled by filling, uniform heating, and effective utilization.

Even if water is stored in the pipe, it does not burst even when frozen because it is sandwiched by the concrete layer. Heat storage under the floor is easy due to the space between the concrete layer and the floor, and there is little heat radiation to the outside.
The heat radiation from the foundation can be completely prevented. Underfloor heating can be performed by an external heat source as needed, and a house or the like can be efficiently heated. The space under the floor serves as a heat medium to heat the entire house uniformly, which is a good condition for people and houses. There are features such as.
