On the other hand, in the prior art shown in FIGS. 19 to 21, although the workability of the connection is improved, a shearing force acts on the protrusion 42 of the C-shaped metal fitting 41 and the collar 46 of the H-shaped metal fitting 44. , The protrusion 42 of the C-shaped bracket 41 and the H-shaped bracket 4
As shown in FIG. 22, a bending moment acts on the collar 46 of the H-shaped metal fitting 44 depending on the contact with the collar 46 of No. 4. As described above, since the shearing force and the bending moment act on the protruding portion 42 of the C-shaped metal fitting 41 and the flange 46 of the H-shaped metal fitting 44, in order to counter this, a strengthening measure such as widening the cross-sectional area of these portions is taken. Therefore, there is a problem that the coupling mechanism portion is increased in size and weight is increased.

In order to achieve the main object, according to the present invention, female metal fittings are fixed near the mating surfaces of the segments to be connected to each other, and the male metal fittings are pushed over both female metal fittings. In the joining mechanism of the supporting segment of the type in which the mating surfaces are pressed together to join the two segments, the arrangement direction of the both segments to be joined is X.
-X 'direction, and the direction orthogonal to this in the same plane as YY'
Direction, the thickness direction of the segment, and the pushing direction of the male fitting with respect to the female fitting is the ZZ 'direction, inside each female fitting, as seen from the ZZ' direction, the mating surface side A wedge-shaped female portion is formed so as to gradually decrease the distance in the YY 'direction toward both sides, and both side surfaces of the wedge-shaped female portion in the YY' direction are moved toward the ZZ 'direction along the XX' direction. The wedge-shaped female portion and the wedge surface of both female metal fittings when the outer shape of the male metal fitting is pushed over the insides of both female metal fittings of the segments to be joined. It has a shape that fits in.

In the present invention, the female metal fittings fixed to the mating surfaces of the segments to be connected to each other and the male metal fittings pushed over both female metal fittings are used. In addition, a wedge-shaped female portion is formed inside each of the female metal fittings so as to gradually reduce the distance in the YY 'direction toward the mating surface side of the female metal fittings when viewed in a plan view. Further, both side surfaces in the YY 'direction of the wedge-shaped female portion are formed as wedge surfaces that gradually reduce the dimension in the XX' direction toward the ZZ 'direction.

When the male metal fittings are pushed into both female metal fittings, the wedge surfaces of the male metal fittings are inserted while pressing the wedge surfaces of the female metal fittings, so that the two segments to which the female metal fittings are fixed deviate from each other. It is attracted and joined in the direction that fits. This attracting force is generated by the shear resistance of the portion of the male fitting having the wedge surface, and no bending moment is generated with respect to the end portion of the female fitting on the mating surface side. When the attracting force is increased, both sides in the Y-Y 'direction of the female metal fitting are slightly displaced in the opening direction, but the deformation is blocked by the reinforced concrete of the segment having a high compression resistance. Therefore, after increasing the pushing force of the male mold and giving a great pulling force to both segments,
It is possible to prevent the deformation of the female mold. As a result, the thickness and cross-sectional area of both female metal fittings can be reduced, so that the overall size and weight of the coupling mechanism can be reduced, and the handleability can be improved.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the reference numerals 1 and 22 are formed in wedge surfaces that gradually reduce the dimension b in the XX ′ direction toward the ZZ ′ direction. It can come into close contact with the side faces 13 and 14 of the female portion 12 in the YY 'direction. That is, when the outer shape of the male metal fitting 18 is pushed over the female metal fittings 7, 7 arranged facing each other in the XX ′ direction, the slits 15 of both female metal fittings 7, 7 and the wedge-shaped female part 12 are formed. , And the side surfaces 13 and 14 which are wedge surfaces thereof.

When the attraction force to the segments A and B becomes large, both the female metal fittings 7 and 7 try to be slightly displaced in the opening direction in the YY 'direction, but the side portions in the YY' direction are resistant to each other. It is guarded by the reinforced concrete of segments A and B, which have high compressive force. Therefore, the female metal fitting 7,
Deformation of both sides of YY in the YY 'direction is blocked. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the deformation of the female metal fittings 7 and 7 while increasing the pushing force of the male metal fitting 18 to give a great pulling force to both the segments A and B. As a result, the thickness and cross-sectional area of both female metal fittings 7, 7 can be reduced, so that the overall size and weight of the coupling mechanism can be reduced, and the handleability can be improved.

As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention.
According to the invention described above, when viewed from the ZZ 'direction, the inside of each female fitting fixed to the mating surfaces of the segments to be joined to each other and arranged to face each other in the XX' direction,
A wedge-shaped female portion is formed to gradually reduce the distance in the Y-Y 'direction toward the mating surface side, and both side surfaces of the wedge-shaped female portion in the Y-Y' direction are X-oriented toward the Z-Z 'direction. The wedge shape is formed so that the dimension in the −X ′ direction is gradually reduced, and the outer shape of the male fitting is
When pushed over the inside of both female metal fittings of the segment to be joined, it is formed in a shape that fits the wedge-shaped female portion and wedge surface of both female metal fittings, increasing the pushing force of the male metal fitting, When the attracting force of the segments to be joined is increased, both side surfaces of the female mold in the Y-Y 'direction tend to be slightly displaced, but the deformation can be blocked by the reinforced concrete of the segment having a high compression resistance. Since it is possible, increase the pushing force of the male bracket and give a great pulling force to both segments,
As a result of being able to prevent deformation of the female mold, it becomes possible to reduce the thickness and cross-sectional area of both female molds.
Therefore, there is an effect that the size and weight of the entire coupling mechanism can be reduced and the handleability can be improved.

1. A support structure of a type in which female metal fittings are fixed near the mating surfaces of the segments to be connected to each other, the male metal fittings are pushed over both female metal fittings, and the mating surfaces are pressed into contact to join the two segments. In the connecting mechanism of the segment for use, the arrangement direction of both the segments to be connected is the XX 'direction, and the direction orthogonal to the XX' direction is the Y-direction.
When the pushing direction of the male fitting with respect to the female fitting in the Y'direction and the thickness direction of the segment is the ZZ 'direction, the inside of each female fitting is seen from the ZZ' direction and is aligned. A wedge-shaped female portion is formed to gradually reduce the distance in the Y-Y 'direction toward the surface side, and both side surfaces of the wedge-shaped female portion in the Y-Y' direction are moved toward the Z-Z 'direction by X-. The wedge-shaped female portion of both female metal fittings is formed when the outer shape of the male metal fitting is formed over the insides of both female metal fittings of the segment to be joined by forming the wedge-shaped surface which gradually reduces the dimension in the X ′ direction. A support segment connecting mechanism characterized by being shaped to fit a wedge surface.
