して片開きとなるように、その両分割フレームが揺動自
在に連結され、かつその上側の分割フレームがその揺動
軸に沿って設けられたトーションバーによって開方向に
付勢されるとともに、その上側の分割フレームの下側の
分割フレームに対する開き角度が、開放規制具によって
所定の開き角度に規制されるようにしたトーションバー
装備のフレーム開閉機構であって、一方の前記分割フレ
ームに取り付けられた回動規制部材と、他方の前記分割
フレームに取り付けられるフレーム連結部材と、前記開
放規制具とが各独立に揺動自在となるように枢結され、
その回動規制部材が前記フレーム連結部材によって所定
の開き角度に揺動可能範囲を規制されるとともに、前記
トーションバーの捩じり軸体部分をその軸体に直交する
方向から嵌入させるための奥拡がりの開口が前記フレー
ム連結部材に形成され、かつ、そのトーションバーの一
端側の付勢反力部分を係止させるための第1係止部がそ
のフレーム連結部材に設けられる一方、そのトーション
バーの他端側の付勢反力部分を係止させるための第2係
止部が前記回動規制部材もしくは一方の前記分割フレー
ムに設けられ、かつ、前記フレーム連結部材を他方の前
記分割フレームに取り付けた組付時には、前記回動規制
部材の前記フレーム連結部材に対する前記所定の開き角
度が、前記開放規制具をそのフレーム連結部材に掛止さ
せたときのその回動規制部材の前記開放規制具に対する
開き角度よりも大となるように設定されていることを特
徴とするトーションバー装備のフレーム開閉機構。1.
