2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various kinds of waste oil discarded after use in various industrial bodies, oil factories, various ships, service factories, etc. amount to tens of thousands of drums every day. It is processed by a trader, and the remaining amount is illegally processed. Therefore, the environmental pollution caused thereby, that is, the problem of polluting the atmosphere and the soil, has become a serious social problem.

(2) Waste oil by-produced in various industrial bodies is also treated by an industrial waste treatment company, but the waste oil collected is partially incinerated by itself, and the rest is sent to a waste oil refining company. After being boiled and cooled in a pot or the like by a primitive method, the waste oil that has floated up is sold and the waste that has settled at the bottom is illegally treated.

In order to achieve the above object, the final treatment method of various waste oils according to the present invention is such that various waste oils are charged into a heating tank provided with piping of a heat medium boiler and heated at 200 ° C. or higher for 15 After gradually heating for 30 minutes with stirring, the waste oil is put into a centrifuge so that water and oil are separated and flow into a mixed oil storage tank while the waste oil passes through the rotor of the centrifuge. On the other hand, the waste oil residue is stagnate in the waste tank through the discharge port of the rotating body with almost no oil content, and the mixed oil stored in the mixed oil storage tank flows into the stirring tank. Then, the catalyst agent is added, and the stirring is continued with a stirrer, but 6,000 is provided at one place of the external circulation pipe of the stirring tank.
It is characterized in that after passing through a high-performance liquid mixer operated at ˜8,000 rpm several times, it is introduced into a refined oil storage tank to obtain a refined oil that can be reused as fuel.

The heated and agitated soup-like waste oil is then fed into the centrifuge 3 by the pump 8. The centrifuge 3 is generally horizontal and has a larger diameter than the waste oil feed port. A rotating body 19 for shaking the discharge port is provided, and the rotating body 19 is formed with a considerable number of small holes of 0.5 mm or less over the whole, and water or oil particles pass through the inner surface thereof. However, a filter body having fine pores through which the waste or particles thereof cannot pass is attached.

Next, when the soup-like waste oil was continuously charged into the rotating body 19 of the centrifugal separator 3, water and oil were adhered to the inner surface of the rotating body 19, the fine holes of the filter body and the small size of the rotating body 19. After passing through the hole, it flows into and is stored in the mixed oil storage tank 5, while the waste 18 which is a sediment such as sand bar and filth from which water and oil have been separated is accumulated in the waste tank 6 through the discharge port. I was stuck. The discharged waste 18 was about 1 drum, and the waste at this time was in a state of being almost free of oil, and was in a state of being free of oil even when touched by hand. The waste accumulated in the waste tank 6 was collected later and landfilled in the storage place.
