There is something like this. In order to have such a structure, the outer peripheral plate portion and the inner end plate portion are assembled into the surface plate, respectively, but conventionally, the opposite edge portions of both plate materials are folded back or overlapped with each other. As a result, since the material of the overlapped portion or the bent portion is insufficient with only one plate-shaped surface plate, the end plate portion must be taken from another plate material, The yield was poor, and there was a problem that extra work was required for manufacturing.

のであつた。Therefore, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-26591,
It is proposed to form the outer peripheral plate portion and the end plate portion by punching from a single plate member, and in this case, the molding material is assembled at the boundary portion between the outer peripheral plate portion and the end plate portion, The molding material is attached by using a screw for attaching the end plate portion to the aggregate. For this purpose, it is necessary to make the screws largely protrude from the surface of the end plate portion to secure a sufficient mounting margin for the molding material.
It is acceptable if the end plate surface is recessed with respect to the outer peripheral plate surface as long as the screws do not protrude from the outer peripheral plate surface, but the end plate surface is flush with the outer peripheral plate surface. In the case of such a door, the screw protrudes from the flush door surface, and the molding material is further attached to the protruding screw, so that only the molding material greatly protrudes from the door surface. When it is easy to get caught in the molding material and there is not enough room for the door to fit, it is necessary to reduce the space between the front and back plates of the door to accommodate it, and the surface of the mirror plate and the surface of the outer peripheral plate are flush with each other. In fact, it was something that could not be adopted.

The description of the method of manufacturing the first metal door with a molding material is that a front plate made of a thin metal plate having a plate shape that constitutes the door is punched with a gap, and the front edge portions facing each other are separated from each other. An outer peripheral plate portion and an inner end plate portion that are spaced apart in the surface direction are formed, and then the outer peripheral plate portion and the end plate portion are formed as free ends of the outer peripheral plate portion and the end plate portion facing each other. Therefore, after assembling so that the opening groove is formed between the both end edge portions, the molding material for closing the opening groove is locked to the both free end-like end edge portions. It is characterized in that it is built in and manufactured.

7a, 8 and the filling member 9 are set at predetermined positions, and the outer peripheral plate portion 2 is placed thereon. On the other hand, 6 is a positioning jig,
The positioning jig 6 is set to have a height longer than that of the outer peripheral plate portion 2 and the same width as the groove width α of the opening groove 4 which will be described later when the positioning jig 6 is placed on the back surface plate 5. Is set to be the same as the horizontal width α, it is possible to improve work efficiency without having to check the vertical and horizontal directions at the time of installation. Then, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the positioning jig 6 is provided with the side surface of the positioning jig 6 on the outer peripheral plate portion 2.
A proper number of them are installed on the reinforcing aggregate 8 so as to be in close contact with the inner peripheral end edge portion 2a, and the four peripheral ends of the end plate portion 3 are inserted into the angular opening formed by the positioning jig 6. By placing the edge portion 3a on the reinforcing aggregate 8 while applying it, and by doing so, the end plate portion 3 can be easily set for positioning. Then, after the end plate portion 3 is thus set for positioning, the positioning jig 6 is gently removed, and the above hot press step is performed.

Thus, the opening groove 4 is formed in the shape of a dovetail groove having a width of the opening edge α and a wide inner side. Then, the opening groove 4 is closed with a decorative molding 10 corresponding to the molding material of the present invention. The decorative molding 10 is formed into a substantially U-shaped section by extrusion molding of aluminum, synthetic resin or the like. , A stainless steel material or the like that is also bent in a U-shape so as to cover the molding body 11 from the bottom, on the molding body 11 cut to correspond to the length dimensions of the top and bottom sides and the left and right vertical sides of the end plate portion 3. Assembling is performed by arranging the metal fittings 12 of the springy short pieces, which are arranged at appropriate intervals, and screwing them with the bolts 13. At the upper edge of the molding body 11, an edge-shaped flange portion 11a that is bent to the left and right and closely adheres to the surfaces of the plate edge portions 2a and 3a.
And a screw pocket 11b for the bolt 13 is formed in the bottom longitudinal direction. On the other hand, the mounting bracket 12 has a holding portion 12a with four corners that are extended toward the tip, and a locking claw that protrudes outward in a triangular pyramid shape between the holding portions 12a at a position one step lower than the holding portion 12a. 12b is provided. Then, when the decorative molding 10 is inserted into the opening groove 4 from the side of the mounting bracket 12, the holding portion 12a is elastically deformed and the locking claws 12b are prevented from slipping over the tip edges 2a, 3a beyond both the tip edges 2a, 3a. The ornamental molding 10 is fixed to the door 1 by this. After that, the door manufacturing is completed by attaching accessory members such as locks, door scopes and hinges.

The a and 3a are incorporated so as to project toward the opposite sides from the corresponding reinforcing aggregates 7a and 8, respectively, and the leading edge portions 2a and 3a become free ends, and the leading edge portions 2a and 3a
A decorative molding for closing the opening groove 4 formed between
It is possible to assemble 10 by engaging the free end-shaped tip edge portions 2a and 3a. As a result, the decorative molding 10 is in a state of being immersed in the opening groove 4 and, in addition, the distal end edge portions 2a, 3a of the outer peripheral plate portion 2 and the end plate portion 3 facing each other and forming a free end shape.
Since the outer peripheral plate portion 2 and the end plate portion 3 are made flush with each other, the decorative molding 10 can be effectively used as the molding material attachment portion as it is. It is possible to make it so small that the flange portion 11a projects at most from the flush surface as in the present embodiment without causing a large protrusion, and thus the decorative molding 10 may be caught on other members. It can be effectively avoided,
There is almost no influence on the fitting size of the door.

Although it will be deformed, it will be easier to assemble, but after being assembled, the tip edge will elastically return to the original state, so it will be securely locked to the molding material and effective to prevent accidental removal. To be done.

Even if the molding material is one in which the surfaces of the temporary outer peripheral plate part and the end plate part are set to be flush with each other, it is possible to use the deformation effectively and easily and securely. It is possible to make it so small that the flange part protrudes from the flat door surface at the most, without protruding, and it is possible to effectively avoid the catching of the molding material, and it has almost no effect on the size of the door. It does not affect.

You will definitely be able to measure.
