A conventional capacitor mounting structure for an outdoor unit will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. Reference numeral 1 denotes a condenser, which is composed of a condenser fin 2, a condenser pipe 3, a condenser plate 4, etc., and the condenser fin 2 appears on the outer surface. When the capacitor 1 is divided into columns, the capacitor plates 4a, 4b,
4c is held, and these are fixed with a fixing plate 5 by screwing. Since the capacitor fins 2 are used as the outer surface and a plurality of capacitors 1 are arranged in an upper and lower relationship, the shape of the capacitor fins 2 is disturbed by deformation of the capacitor fins 2 at mutual joints A, and In the case of the shape with slits and the like, the shape disorder at the terminal portion became remarkable, which significantly impaired the appearance and the safety.

The present invention eliminates the influence of the shape disorder of the terminal portion by providing a protective plate at the joint between the upper and lower parts of a plurality of capacitors to shield the terminal portion of the capacitor fin,
Further, since the protective plate is provided with a plurality of openings for allowing air to flow to the terminal portions, deterioration of the heat exchange performance of the condenser is reduced. Also, by bending both ends of the protective plate at a right angle (L-shape) and stacking and fixing them together with the fixing plates on the capacitor plates provided on both side surfaces of the capacitor, the workability during assembly is improved. In addition, the number of screws can be reduced.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 3 to 10. A condenser fin 11, a condenser pipe 12, a condenser plate 13 or 13a, 1 which constitute the condenser 10.
3b, 13c, etc. are provided side by side, and are positioned so as to have a vertical relationship and are exposed on the outer surface of the outdoor unit.
A protective plate 14 having a T-shaped cross section is attached between the capacitor fins 11 positioned in the vertical relationship. Further, both ends of the protective plate 14 are bent into an L-shape, and are generally screwed to the capacitor plate 13 or 13a, 13b, 13c by a fixing plate 16 formed separately or separately from the protective plate 14. It is fixed in various ways. The fixing plate 16 is shaped to be screwed at both ends as shown in the figure. As described above, since the protective plate 14 having a T-shaped cross section is attached between the capacitor fins 11 which face each other in the vertical direction and in the portion which appears on the outer surface, the shape of the terminal of the capacitor fin 11 is disturbed. Even if there is, it can be shielded to improve the external appearance and safety, and both ends of the protective plate 14 are bent into an L-shape, either separately or together with the protective plate 14 to form a fixed plate.
Since it can be fixed together with the capacitor plate 13 or 13a, 13b, 13c by 16, it is possible to reduce the number of fixing plates 16 and also the number of fixing screws. Further, in FIG. 5, since the protective plate 14 is formed with the openings 14a and 14b, it has an effect of reducing the deterioration of the heat exchange performance in the end portion of the condenser 10. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the protective plate 14
The cross-sectional shape of 1 is obtained by joining separate plates or bending them.
You may form T shape in a body shape. On the other hand, when the protective plate 15 is molded with synthetic resin or the like, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the cross-sectional shape is T-shaped, the openings 15a and 15b are provided, and the entire width or a part thereof is provided. The comb-shaped portion 15c is provided with the comb-shaped portion 15c.
Is mounted between the condenser fins 11 and between the condenser pipes 12, so that the shape of the ends of the condenser fins 11 is not disturbed, and further, the heat exchange performance is not deteriorated and further screwing is performed. It is not necessary to fix it by such means as it has the effect of reducing the number of work steps.

According to the present invention, even in the structure in which a plurality of capacitors are formed so as to face the surface that appears on the outer surface, the appearance aesthetics due to the irregular shape of the terminal portion of the capacitor fin are not impaired, and the safety is improved. It is effective, and by providing an opening in the protective plate, it reduces the decrease in the inflow of air into the terminal part of the condenser fin that is attached to the terminal part, and reduces the deterioration of heat exchange performance. You can do it. Also, by bending both ends of the protective plate at right angles and stacking and fixing them together with the fixing plates on the capacitor plates provided on both sides of the capacitor, the workability during assembly is improved and the number of screws is increased. Can be reduced.
