In this state, the bottom portion of the tubular bag is folded back into the tubular bag, and after inserting the sealed bag in which the equipment and the sheet piece for preventing fusion are sealed and sealed into the folded portion, the folded portion of the tubular bag is To seal.
Then, the bottom of the tubular bag is cut to take out the sealed bag, and the sealed bag is loaded into the cell.

Overlap. Next, the double-sealed bag portion is fusion-sealed at the fusion-prevention sheet piece portion, and this fusion-sealed portion is cut together with the sheet piece. Thus, since the double bag portion which is not fused by the fusion preventing sheet piece becomes an opening, the equipment can be taken out through this opening.
