For example, a lacquer repair is often performed according to the customer's request even on a difficult-to-baked portion such as a roof of a large truck or a sash of a passenger car, or on a painted surface that can be repaired by baking. On the other hand, as is well known among coating engineers, partial repair of a matte coating surface of an automobile or the like, which places importance on appearance, has been conventionally extremely difficult, whether by bake repair or lacquer repair. Matte paint is a clear ordinarily transparent or semi-transparent resin, a pigment for expressing a desired color, and a matting agent (flat base).
As a pigment (for example, carbon white) composed of large particles of 10 to 40 μ, and if necessary, an additive such as a stabilizer is added and uniformly dispersed and mixed using a solvent. When spraying the repair area with a lacquer repair paint of substantially the same color to repair a part of the painted surface coated with matte paint, the attached drawing (as an example, the door of a truck is shown) The repair paint is unavoidably applied to the sound paint surface 12 around the repair part indicated by reference numeral 10 in the above, and a double matte paint film is formed on this part, so that chalk powder is also present. An annular dust portion 14 that appears to have adhered is generated, and the appearance is significantly impaired. For this reason, if a car, etc., whose appearance is valued, has a matte coating, and the painted surface needs to be repaired, partial repair is not performed. For example, the door, fender panel, etc. must be completely replaced. However, the repair cost is extremely high, and on the contrary, the difficulty of the partial repair is the main cause of hindering the spread of the matte coating to automobiles.

It is a problem to be solved by the present invention.

The first step of spray painting the lacquer repair paint recolored by adding 10 to 10% of flat base, and the matte clear made by adding 15 to 30% of flat base to clear. 5 to 30 for thinner lacquer
%, And a second step of spray-painting the blurring liquid made by adding the dust solution on the dust portion formed around the repair portion by the coating of the first step, and A lacquer paint for exclusive use for directly carrying out the above-mentioned repair method, in which 5 to 20% of clear and 3 to 10% of flat base is added to the matte paint toned in the same color as the repair part. The present invention provides a lacquer repair paint for matte coating, which is characterized by being re-colored.

Generally, the amount is small when the gloss value is small (that is, the gloss is small), and conversely, it is increased when the gloss value is large (that is, the gloss is large), but about 10% is suitable for the matte coating in ordinary automobiles. Is. In addition, the above flat base,
It is preferable to use carbon white of several μ to 20 μ, and the addition amount is 3 depending on the gloss value of the unrepaired portion 12.
Increase or decrease in the range of 10% to 10%. When the gross value is extremely small, the amount is close to this with 10% as the upper limit, and with the increase of the gross value, the addition amount is increased or decreased according to the gross value with the lower limit of 3%. About 5% is suitable for matte coating in ordinary automobiles. Next, 15% to 30% of a flat base is added to the clearing liquid to make a matte clear, and this matte clear is added to a lacquer thinner at 5% to 30%. Prepare. The amount of the flat base added in the matte clear is increased or decreased according to the gloss value of the non-repaired portion 12 in a manner substantially similar to that of the lacquer repair paint. If the amount of matte clear added to the lacquer thinner is 5% or less, the amount of thinner is too large and the blurring liquid will run off the painted surface, making it impractical. There is a problem that the appearance is not improved because the effect of obscuring the delustering agent in the dust portion 14 is obscured and the effect of blurring is reduced. For the thinner, a retarder (thinner having a relatively high distillation temperature, commonly known as non-brushing) was added to an ordinary lacquer thinner, and evaporation was slowed down. To be The mixing ratio of the retarder varies depending on the distillation temperature, but for a retarder having a distillation temperature of 100 ° C. to 120 ° C., 20% to 40%, preferably about 30% was most practically effective.

It was possible to eliminate it, or at least to alleviate the unsightly appearance, that is, the visual discomfort with the original matte coating portion 12.
