吸湿変形率等が基板と一致するよう基板と同じ材質を用
いていた。しかしながら、ポリメチルメタクリレートや
ポリカーボネートは封止用接着剤との接着性があまりよ
くないため粗面化等の表面処理を行なつたり第2図に示

本発明は上記現状に鑑みてなされたものであつて、その
目的はエアサンドイツチ型封止構造の封止信頼性の向上

サ材料と基板材料との間の膨張率の差によるデイスクの
変形が小さくかつ接着剤との接着性が良好なスペーサ材
料としてアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン樹脂
(ABS樹脂)、アクリロニトリル−スチレン樹脂(AS樹
脂)、スチレン−ブタジエン樹脂(SB樹脂)およびスチ

素記録層を形成した。封止構造の組立てには紫外線硬化
