In addition, it is required that the retort characteristics are good and that the molded product does not peel due to the heat history during the retort treatment. In addition, the product has high drop strength, excellent food hygiene, and good moldability,
It has to be incinerated, has a good gas barrier property, and can withstand storage for a relatively long period of time, and it must be openable to remove the contents. I won't.

As shown in FIG. 18, the intermediate layer of the multi-layer substrate 5 has a gas barrier substrate, particularly an aluminum foil (hereinafter referred to as Al foil). It may be referred to as a foil) 36 and has heat-sealable synthetic resin layers 37 and 28 on both sides thereof. This multilayer base material 5 is set in advance in the injection molding machine full mold, and the synthetic resin is Manufactured by injection.

For example, when the multilayer base material 5 moves during the molding process and a positional deviation occurs, a high insert precision cannot be obtained. The method of inserting and fixing the multilayer base material 5 into the stripper plate in the injection molding machine is effective. In addition, the Al foil 36 of the multilayer base material 5
Since a thin one is used as the material, a pinhole may be formed when stretched, or the product thickness may become uneven. Therefore,
The multilayer base material 5 is set between a male mold and a female mold each having a groove or no groove, and the multilayer base material 5 is slid into the female mold and preformed in advance. Every time, set this in the injection mold and perform injection molding,
The method of the earnest examination of the present inventors is effective.

Therefore, the adhesion between the layer 35 made of the injection resin and the synthetic resin layer 37 is good, and the multilayer base material and the synthetic resin sheet previously made by injection molding or the like are bonded by using an adhesive. Compared with the obtained one, peeling due to heat history during retort treatment etc. is reduced, product drop strength is also large, and since no adhesive is used, it is excellent in food hygiene and the process is also It is shortened and has good moldability. Furthermore, since pinholes and cracks do not occur even if a thin Al foil is used, it is possible to use a thin Al foil, and when using a multi-layer substrate, the Al foil, which occupies a large weight in the price, can be used as a necessary gas barrier. The thickness can be suppressed to the minimum thickness at the property level, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, as a result of using a thin Al foil, complete combustion is possible, the problem of empty can processing can be solved, and on the other hand, the other surface of the multilayer base material 5 that can be heat-melted (bonded) to the synthetic resin layer 38. Thus, the can-like container can be easily heat-bonded to the body of the can-like container, and in combination with the use of the Al foil or the like, a can-like container having excellent gas barrier properties and capable of being stored for a long period of time can be constructed.

している。However, in the method of integrally molding at the same time as the injection as described above, since the adhesion between the synthetic resin layer 37 and the injection resin layer 35 is high, it is necessary to devise in terms of easy opening. In the embodiment shown in (1), a treatment layer 39 for the purpose of easy peeling by a printing ink layer or the like is provided between the resin layers 37 and 35. In addition, a score portion (notch portion) 41 that is an exposed portion of the multilayer base material 5 is provided on the panel portion 40 of the lid 34, and the score portion 41 separates the inner side and the outer side thereof. That is, to explain the opening of the lid, the handle portion 42 for opening the lid provided inside the score portion 41 is inserted into the groove 43 with a fingertip and lifted as shown by the arrow mark. Part of the portion 42 is peeled off from the multilayer base material 5. At that time, since the treatment layer 39 for the purpose of easy peeling is interposed between the multilayer base material 5 and the handle portion 42 as described above, peeling is easy, and if the handle portion 42 is lifted as it is. , At the position of reference numeral 44, the tip end portion of the grip portion 42 is pushed into the inside of the multilayer base material 5, and the multilayer base material 5 is cut and pulled by the grip portion 42 as it is, along the score portion 41, that is, According to the example illustrated in FIG. 17, the multilayer base material 5 is cut from the two side portions formed into an acute angle into the 3/4 circular portion which is connected to the two side portions, and viewed from the center of the lid of the score portion 41. It is designed to be opened to the inside of the peripheral edge on the outside, and with the score portion 41 as a boundary, the inside and the outside thereof are not connected and are separated, which contributes to the improvement of the opening property. There is.

Yes, as a result of the subsequent examination, the handle part was changed to a method in which it can be attached to the lid body by retrofitting,
I tried to overcome this difficulty.

It is easily damaged in the event of a collision. This is because if the score part is an open ring, the panel part on the inner side of the score part is integrated with the peripheral flap part, so that the external force does not directly act on the score part even if the outside acts on the panel part. . However, in the case of a closed ring score part, even if a force is applied to the center part as well as the score part, it may immediately lead to damage to the score part. Therefore, in the case of a closed ring score part, measures against external force should be taken. is necessary.

きるようになる。A typical operation of the present invention will be described. In the relationship between the handle portion that is retrofitted as described above and the opening portion surrounded by the outer peripheral edge of the closed annular score portion, a part (tip portion) of the handle portion is described. By positioning the inside of the outer peripheral edge of the score part and, on the other hand, by making the score part as wide as possible except the tip part of the handle part, the opening property by the tip of the handle part is maintained. The remaining portion of the handle portion can prevent external damage to the score portion as much as possible. on the other hand,
Compared to the case where the entire handle is located inside the opening,
Since the remaining part protrudes to the outside of the opening, the size of the handle part becomes large, the tip part of the handle part becomes difficult to insert into the multilayer base material, and a large force can be applied when cutting the multilayer base material. When the end of the handle part is lifted when opening the can, the intersection of the handle part and the closed annular score part serves as a fulcrum for the "lever", and the tip part of the handle part located in the opening part It is easy to cut the multilayer base material, and the edge of the tip slides in the opening as the handle is lifted.
The opening becomes easy, and the can can be opened instantaneously with relatively weak force.

When the end portion of the other portion 13B of the handle portion 13 is further lifted, the intersection point X acts as a fulcrum between the handle portion 13 and the lid body 1 based on the "lever principle", and the tip portion 13A is the multilayer substrate 5 Since the tip portion 13A is inside the outer peripheral edge 10 ′ of the score portion 10, the outer peripheral edge 10 ′ of the score portion 10 is pierced as shown by the horizontal arrow.

When the tip portion 13A cuts the multilayer base material 5, the lid can be opened at a stroke due to the momentum associated with the cutting. That is, in the case of a normal lid with a handle portion, first, the handle portion is lifted up and the tip portion is bitten in to cut the multilayer base material, and then the opening portion is formed by only pulling up the handle portion or only pulling up from the beginning. In the lid of the present invention, the opening can be formed by simply lifting the handle and pushing it. In particular, opening the can is easy even when the can is heated to a high temperature.

The rounded tip makes it easier to open the handle. At first glance, as shown in Figure 17,
It is easy to think that a sharp tip is better for opening the can, but the opposite is true, and it is preferable to configure the opening start end of the handle 13 so as to have a rounded tip. It became clear by the examination of the people.

In addition, it is possible to eliminate troubles caused by contact between the handle part and another object during transportation.

Although it was obtained by post-bonding, this method increases the work constant and raises the cost that the molded product peels off due to the heat history of retort treatment, and the drop strength of the manufactured product is There were various problems such as inferiority and the problem of food hygiene due to the use of an adhesive.

There are many things to be equipped as a lid that constitutes a can-like container, such as having the strength that can withstand the product if it falls, and that there is no food hygiene problem if the contents of the can are food. In addition, ingestion of a container in a can,

However, since the multilayer base material 5 moves during the molding process, misalignment occurs. However, there was a problem in the insert accuracy between the multilayer base material 5 and the injection resin layer 6. That is, the conventional general injection molding method, such as simply setting the flat plate-shaped multilayer base material 5 along the shape of the core die of the molding die, can obtain only a low insert precision, and therefore, it is desirable. It was difficult to obtain a can-like container lid. But,
