S) (1977, Vol.PAS-96) is a partially broken side view showing a conventional electric motor with a cable connector, in which 1 is an electric motor and 2 is an electric motor 1. 1 shows a connection box as a mounting member for a cable connector, which is provided with an L-shaped mounting portion 21. Reference numeral 3 denotes a cable connector, which is connected to a fixing portion 31 attached to the portion of the connection box 2 and the fixing portion 31 by screwing or the like.
It consists of a movable part 32 fixed to the mounting part 21 with screws, etc.
The movable part 32 is provided with a handle 321 for easy attachment / detachment. Reference numeral 4 denotes an external cable attached to the movable portion 32 of the cable connector 3.

It is attached to the outside of the electric motor 1 in an exposed form. Therefore, the connection / disconnection between the electric motor 1 and the external cable can be easily performed only by attaching / detaching the movable portion 32 of the cable connector 3 to / from the fixed portion 31, and the movable portion 32 is not separated from the fixed portion 31. The state shown in FIG. 8 is obtained.

By removing the protective cover, the signal generator is protected. Generates a signal corresponding to the state of cover removal. Therefore, by using the signal corresponding to the detached state of the protective cover, the main power supply circuit can be automatically shut off when the cable connector is attached or detached.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a protective cover for restricting a space for removing the movable portion 32 of the cable connector 3, which is provided with a mounting portion 51 for mounting to the connection box 2 with a screw or the like, and a flange 52. Reference numeral 6 denotes an interlock signal generator as a signal generator attached to the junction box 2, which detects different signals from the flange 52 of the protective cover 5 to generate different signals. That is, since the interlock signal generator 6 can determine that the protective cover 5 is attached to the junction box 2 when the flange 52 comes into contact with the interlock signal generator 6, a signal of a logical value "1" representing the state in which the protective cover 5 is attached. When the flange 52 is released, it can be determined that the protective cover 5 has been removed from the junction box 2, and therefore a signal of a logical value "0" representing the state in which the protective cover 5 has been removed is generated.

And, by inverting the signal S S with signal inversion unit INV is a signal S R. Reference numeral 7 indicates a power switch of the electric motor 1, which is turned on to turn on the closing signal S.
When ON is turned OFF, the cutoff signal S OFF is output. Reference numeral 8 denotes an overcurrent protection relay, which outputs an overcurrent protection relay activation signal S C when activated. 9 shows a restraining protective relay, outputs the constraint protection relay actuation signal S H when activated. Reference numeral 10 denotes a main power supply circuit of the motor 1, which is a connection signal S SS from the lines L 1 and L 2 to which the signals S S , S R , S ON , S OFF , S C , and SH are supplied, and a cutoff signal S. SR controls power connection and disconnection.

However, since the removal space of the movable part 32 is restricted by the protective cover 5, the protective cover 5 is first removed when the cable connector 3 is attached or detached.
When the protective cover 5 is removed as shown in FIG. 6, the signal S S having the logical value “0” indicating the removal state of the protective cover from the interlock signal generator 6 is inverted by the signal inversion device INV to obtain the logical value “ 1 "signal S R , power switch 7

Since the signal S S (logical value “0”) indicating the removal state of the protective cover 5 continues to be generated from the interlock signal generator 6 during the attaching / detaching operation of the movable part 32 shown in the figure, the power switch 7 is mistakenly turned on. It is generated poured signal S ON Te main power supply circuit 1
0 is never connected. When the protective cover 5 is attached after the cable connector attachment / detachment work is completed, the interlock signal generator 6 generates a signal S S (logical value "1") indicating the state of attachment of the protective cover 5, and the power switch is turned on.
10 is turned on, power switch 7 turns on signal S ON
Is generated, the connection signal S SS is generated and the main power supply circuit 10 can be connected.
