たりこれらの化粧品あるいは薬剤を髪に付与することが

持続効果の長いものであるが、着脱自在とすることによ
りくし、ブラシの使用期間をいっそう延長することがで

する板状体の一方の面に凹部を設け、この凹部内の底面
に複数個の貫通した小孔２を設けてなる第１図の如きパ
ッド１を成形した。なお、本実施例においては第１図に
示す如くパッドの長さ方向に沿って面取を行なった形状
