一方、本件出願人はトウモロコシ胚芽の利用について長
年研究を続け、その成果の一つとして有機態窒素含有過
りん酸石灰(特公昭60−18632号)及び固結防止肥料
(特公昭60−4160号)に関する発明を成したが、更にト
ウモロコシ胚芽の利用を追求するなかで、トウモロコシ
胚芽にも油脂分が含まれていることに着目し、如上の推
論に基づきトウモロコシ胚芽を使用したところ、なたね
油粕との併用に於いて葉たばこの品質、収量が著しく向
上することをつきとめ、かかる知見に基づき本発明を完
成したものである。
